Browns Mill Golf Course

Had to wait an additional hour to tee off, due to the course regulation to not allow a single to take a cart. Course was not crowed and was still required to wait for another single. Once paired up and allowed to play, the deal show it's true color. Should have know upon the first tee, no marshall to greet or help with pace of play. Greens where being serviced without notification, but was able to roll the rock. Course was in fair shape for a city course. With that being said, two driving range group held up the entire course( literally teeing off several balls by all in the group). My playing partner and I decided after 13, instead of continuing to watch both driving range groups, we left. It was much easy to leave with the rate we paid. As I stated earlier, be real careful of the GolfNow deals, I would had rather paid full price somewhere else to at least had the opportunity to finish play; instead, Atlanta traffic was my back nine. Worst experience ever on a golf course.

Greens in bad condition. Looks as though they were recently treated. Fairways in decent condition. Good price!

Ok for the front nine, made the turn and there was 3 groups walking........need I say more.

I will bring my out of town friends here. I know they'd love it.

Course was in great shape! Greens were well maintained. fairways cut low and fast. My only complaint was I had a 6 AM tee time but they were not open yet. Dennis was very nice and even offered a complimentary bucket of range balls for my trouble.

I will play there again.

$15.92 what more can I say. Drove from Snellville course in great shape. Greens nice but a little slow for me and my son. He plays tournament golf at private clubs so may not be good judge for average recreational golfer. Best inner-city course in Atlanta that's not private.

Great weather, great freinds, course and greens in great shape so overall just a excellent day with friends. Looking forward to the next time out.

Course was very crowded and wait time very long to play. Staff not accomodating during wait.

I like this course. I liked it so much that played the next day. Truly a gem in the ATL.

This course is a decent course to play if you are in south Atlanta. It is pretty open so you won't lose many balls and you should be able to shot for a decent score. It isn't really long at all. Course was in good shape, grass was very plush and the course was maintained well. I wouldn't recommend paying more than $40 for a round here though.

Carts were charged and the greens are very playable. I found a great price on the Internet.
I love the way the have trimmed the natural areas.

I enjoy this course everytime I play, its the best walking course around.

The course layout and mix of holes are great but the fairways and greens are in dire need of TLC. They now have new carts as I was told but they should charge them before bringing them out..( I could have crawled faster than my cart)

Brown's is a regular course for me, but this was the first time I played there this year. Course is in excellent condition.

This course was upgraded by American Golf with new greens about 3 or 4 years ago. The fairways are pretty decent and the green were fairly consistent. The issue I have is that it is run like a back yard course. There were no carts with sufficient power to take you around the course, we changed twice. Then you look and see (4) individuals with their own carts riding around and a (5 some) group on another. When I went to the club house after the first 9 I had to pay nearly 4 dollars for Gatorade and listened to the young lady explain to the group of 6 in the club house that there were "No carts" available. I stated if you guys would manage the course and not allow singles to take carts out on the weekend when playing in a group of 4 it may help. 2 of the 3 guys I played with stated "I'm not coming back to this mess". Hole number 14 was missing a flag and had a "Rake" in the hole as the flag. Tacky and unprofessional is all I can say!!!!!

The staff was excellent, the course was was in good shape. Greens rolling good!!!

Great course it was still wet 2 days after rain. Overall good muni just bring extra towels if you go soon after a rain storm

I've played this course twice in the last month, and each time my cart died midway through the round. Worse part is that when we called the clubhouse, they had no more working carts available. This seemed odd since the course wasn't very busy either time. Otherwise, this is a very good course.
