Breakfast drew raves........
Hosted a seasoned traveler for a go at Cottonwood...."best breakfast anywhere" he exclaimed!!....and he's been a lot o places, so that got us off for a fine day on the course...nice and green it was, greens a bit on the fast side so watch your speed...keep eye on the ball, lot o leaves around....overall a pleasant day at Cottonwood.......
Tee times
Not happy with the way the course gives tee times. If you aren’t a member you are shunted to the afternoon
Hi thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your input regarding tee times for non-members. The earlier tee times get booked by our members before they become available to non-members. Our members are able to schedule tee times 2 weeks in advance, whereas non-members only get 1 week. We hope you'll consider membership to get access to the perks!
Tee time
It’s a shame that you can’t get a earlier tee time. The members program pushes you to a afternoon tee time and then you have to hurry to complete your round. This is made harder by the lack of a marshaling presence on the course.

Beat
Course is generally beat up and neglected. Greens in good shape but fairways are chunked up, uneven and trash. Staff are friendly and professional.

Boring Course, underwhelming conditions
This course is one of the most boring I’ve played in a long time. The conditions of the course also don’t make up for the plain layout. For 48 bucks on a “twilight” hour, it wasn’t all that worth it.
The putting green was in horrible condition and only had a single hole cut. We didn’t use the driving range but it looked poor. The place seems like it’s on the brink of extinction, but it’s busy. Not sure where all that money is going…

cottonwood
Keeping a great place to play for good value. Well done. Kevin in pro shop is the best, greens very nice, bunkers good. Pace of play on Mon. very good. Still the best french fries in the county. Keep up the good work on Cottonwood.
Late start and slow play
We had to wait for carts to come off 18 in order to start. Tee off was :20 late and front nine was 3:00 hrs plus. Course has nice layout but conditions are kind of beat up, especially tee boxes and greens.
Needs attention
They're having a golf cart shortage. Had to wait until actual tee time to get a cart. They just sprayed water as it was returned from the group finishing 18.
The greens are in rough shape. Appears to be struggling some grass sickness, spots all over the place as well as dimples, making putts almost impossible to roll straight. Disappointed in the current conditions and reminded me of Carlton Oaks!
Tee boxes need maintenance
This is a great course and I really like playing here but it needs a lot of maintenance. The price is nice but not the course. The red tee boxes are a mess and the others didn’t look much better.

Getting better all the time, great greens, Kevin in the pro shop is the best, best french fr4ies in town. Keep up the good work.
GREAT VALUE
This course is a regular spot for my friends and i, all around a good spot for the price. some complaints are depending on the time you might have to wait for golf carts and the pace of play is very slow we always go over 4 hours just because we’re waiting on the group infront of us for near 5 minutes every tee box.
Great course cottonwood
The overall was awesome just that the golf carts are very out dated in not so good condition during our tee the carts ran out of batteries had to leave tha cart around hole #5 and then the other started to fail we were pushing wit our cart until they charged that also. So not to pleased with that bad experience in Cottonwood Ivanhoe Golf Club.
Need More Golf Carts!!!!
The Course is in desperate need to add additional carts to the fleet. ASAP Thanks
