Cottonwood Golf Club - Ivanhoe Course

They're having a golf cart shortage. Had to wait until actual tee time to get a cart. They just sprayed water as it was returned from the group finishing 18.

The greens are in rough shape. Appears to be struggling some grass sickness, spots all over the place as well as dimples, making putts almost impossible to roll straight. Disappointed in the current conditions and reminded me of Carlton Oaks!

This is a great course and I really like playing here but it needs a lot of maintenance. The price is nice but not the course. The red tee boxes are a mess and the others didn’t look much better.

Getting better all the time, great greens, Kevin in the pro shop is the best, best french fr4ies in town. Keep up the good work.

This course is a regular spot for my friends and i, all around a good spot for the price. some complaints are depending on the time you might have to wait for golf carts and the pace of play is very slow we always go over 4 hours just because we’re waiting on the group infront of us for near 5 minutes every tee box.

The overall was awesome just that the golf carts are very out dated in not so good condition during our tee the carts ran out of batteries had to leave tha cart around hole #5 and then the other started to fail we were pushing wit our cart until they charged that also. So not to pleased with that bad experience in Cottonwood Ivanhoe Golf Club.

The Course is in desperate need to add additional carts to the fleet. ASAP Thanks

Fewer fairway bare spots, AND, none on the greens.

Staff was nice but the course is in pretty pathetic shape! Dusty cart path, greens have ball marks all over them from golfers not repairing them. Golfers are slow and have no idea what golf etiquette means.

Pace was slow for most of the round.

Perhaps the course could space out its bookings a bit more?

A few risks on some holes but otherwise everything is visible.

Course in best condition in years.

We miss Brandy the cart girl.

Although the course is in good shape they did not have enough carts. Had to wait half an hour to finally get one

Course is fun and in decent shape. The greens are usually pretty beat up from no one fixing their divots, players just don’t care here. Don’t plan on hitting a driving range or getting a golf cart prior to 10 min before tee time. The cart situation is bad! Overall fun course for the price, I’ve played here a long time and it’s in a rebuilding phase. It would be great if the players had a little more respect for the course.

Pros: Friendly course lay out for new golfers, cheap drinks, friendly staff.

Cons: Driving range is terrible, lacking golf carts, players don’t fix divots on greens, sand traps are as hard as cart path on most holes.

While checking in they asked if we were military, veterans. I said yes and got a 10 dollar discount on the round of golf.What a way to start. Course lay out is laid back. Great design and a relaxing round of golf. Beautiful scenery and lay out. My friend is here from Tucson and we are going again Thursday for the third week in a row. Worth the drive from PB.

Everything is great, except, if a four some comes ten minutes late to first tee, and three groups are waiting, you cant let them tee off. They need to wait. not one hit the ball in play and reloaded another ball, causing more wait time. Bad move!
