Cottonwood Golf Club - Ivanhoe Course

Paid for hot deal, but would still have been a good value at regular Golf now price.

I went golfing for my first time with my grandfather after the eight hole my grandpa had to go to the bathroom and I was waiting in the parking lot in the cart for him and this older gentleman came out in a cart and yelled that I was done when I asked him why he asked why I was in the parking lot and I told him that I was waiting for someone in the bathroom he had me park up the cart and when I asked him what I did he avoided the question and asked where my clubs were I said we were sharing a set since it was my first time playing I had my own driver my grandpa was using his older clubs and he told me if I ever wanted to play here again we would need to bring real clubs next time and I’m still confused on what I did they didn’t tell us any rules or have us sign anything so they are getting a bad review.

Average shape, average price for w/ a cart, got a Hole in One on hole number 4, pro shop just gave me a free drink. Kind of wish I got more out of that experience.

The course needs more signs it is rather confusing going from place to place.

The Roseau from place to place is very confusing and not completely from place to place.

I liked the fairways and especially the greens were fast - I would like the greens to be faster.

I liked the course this time out......looks like they are beginning to take some care to it.......fairways were grass and greens were good, but ya gotta fix your marks people,......pace got kinda bogged down on the back 9.....but not too bad........a very nice outing was had by all...........

Overall course was in pretty good condition. Greens were a little hit and miss. Considering it was a holiday weekend, pace was really good.

A good value for the money could use a ranger to your help speed up play

Friendly staff and the Fairways look amazing. The greens are bent grass so one tap and ball rolls. I saw no flaws, and they also have new carts too. If they had 6 stars I would but I have played in most of the course in San Diego and this one by far is awesome. Lots of trees!!!!

Course is in great shape. Pace of play was mediocre. There were only 2 of us and got stuck behind a foursome with no other room to go. Definitely will continue to play here. Great time!

Course was well maintained, pace of play was relatively fast considering a Friday afternoon. Would replay course over many local courses. However, does not have adequate driving range.

The course is in great condition. Greens are nice.

I like Cottonwood it is not super easy, mainly because of the trees. The greens are good and the pace of play is good every to me I have played. The bad is there are no ball washers, rakes in the sand traps or restrooms on course. This might be because of COVID not sure. It is a good value especially for the area with Sining Hills $149 with a cart on the weekend. Because of the value it can be tough to get on.
