The Trophy Club of Apalachee

I've played the course numerous times over the years and never any problems until this last time. I've always been able to.pkay in my jeans that hide the brace on my leg. The pro shop guy this time decided to play Mr Authoritarian and enforce the clothing rule. I've always been exempted from it before due to my wanting to hide the brace to keep people from asking me about it and bothering me in general. They've always ket me do it it not this time. I will dispute any charge on my card and am considering filing a complaint under the Americans with Disabilities Act. I'll never go here again.

I'm a players club member here which allows me access to 3 courses total. The only problem(s) I have with this course in particular is the PACE OF PLAY. Sometimes I've seen 5 guys on one hole. I love TC of Apalachee but I just wish the pace was a lot faster.

Next, if you're playing around twilight hours, sometimes the carts don't have enough "juice" to make it around the track since they've been used all day. The carts will slow down on you after say hole 8 or so if they've been used all day long w/o the chance to recharge before someone else uses it.

Finally on hole 6 (blind tee shot to the bottom) if there was a bell of some sorts to allow golfers on the tee box to be made aware when its "ok" to tee off that would be great also since visibility before your tee shot is limited.

We got to the course and was told that only the back 9 was open. We had no choice but to play because of the time constraint. I think GolfNow should have advised us before booking the round. The course is fine for the money, but i think golfnow doesn’t do enough to make sure we are getting what we pay for. Other sites don’t charge a fee. If you charge fees you should at least make sure the course is open.

The fee was high for the conditions of the course. Not much grass on the fairways. At a given time on each tbox there were 3 to 5 groups waiting!

Probably the 15th time here, and I consider the drive from Roswell worthwhile.. course was in good shape, greens were rolling true.. pace was a bit slow.. Took our foursome 4:25 to play.. But my buddy and I got paired with a nice couple (Bill and Sandy) who were in town for a wedding and just jumped in... So the time was not an issue.. Didn't hurt that it was a beautiful sunny November afternoon.

The greens were in great shape. There were few areas where the were some fairways that were washed out but other than that the course played great. There is a good mix of easy and challenging holes to test your game. I hadn't played it in quite a few years but I will try to get around to playing it again soon.

The course was in great shape. I olny problem with this course is the areas around the cart path are very rough, lot's of ruts and tree roots have caused cart problems.

If you want to play a great course for a great price, now is the time

Staff was great.

Tee Boxes are up a hill are you going down a hill to get to the tee boxes. Fairways how are real bumpy. And lots of time you have to put your ball on some grass. Lots of places that has no grass on it. First time playing this course I will never go back.

I should have known better than to play a course the first good day of weather after the hurricane hits. The back nine was closed so we had to play the front nine twice which slowed everything up. Can't hold that against the course though, they did a good job of even making the front nine playable after all that tree damage. Would like to play the course again, in its entirety, soon!

The pace of the greens were very slow and have not completely come back considering they aerified them two weeks ago. A bit unfair to charge full price with them being that hairy. I was with family so the day was great.

Had friends from Alabama and Cobb Cty join me. They had a great time and really liked the course.

Ever since joining the Players Club I have been there at least 3 to 4 times a week. It has everything I need. The range balls are priceless and the course is a great practice course it will give you all the shots. You can't beat the deal you get with the players club, I wish they would add just a couple of close by courses but I'm happy with what I'm getting.

"Ambassadors" at every hole and still took 5 1/2 hours to play. Course was ok. Tee boxes look like post WW2 Japan. Greens were in decent shape. Staff was friendly.

Great course. Great layout. Great staff. I came from the municipal course around the corner due to customer service issues. This course is approximately the same price but his head and shoulders above all other public courses in the area.
