About
Turkey Creek Golf Club in Lincoln sprawls across rolling hills that are covered with mature oak forests. The back nine even closely resembles Germany's Black Forest. The centerpiece of the course is the old granite quarry that was transformed into an expansive lake that comes into play on the third and final holes. The golf course is formidable, testing golfers with blind shots and uneven lies, but the challenges are nicely balanced by long, open fairways. Water comes into play several times throughout as well as the towering trees that blanket the landscape. The course will keep golfers on their toes but there is plenty of visual respite available. Players can often catch a glimpse of the abundant wildlife that call Turkey Creek Golf Club home, including deer, quail, foxes, and of course, wild turkeys.

Golfer Reviews
Great Course
Had a wonderful round here over the holidays. Fast greens, skinny fairways and fun challenging layout. Thanks for another great round Turkey Creek
Great golf course
This is a golf course that can humble you. It is well maintained and has some of the best greens in the area. I would definitely recommend playing this course. It is challenging, fun, and has numerous dog legs.
great course
One of the most beautiful golf course, women friendly, the course is in very good condition..
Beautiful!
This golf course is always in fantastic shape. They do have a couple greens and tee boxes that need some attention, but overall it is in great condition. I just had a twosome and we finished in under 3.5 hours. Teed off at 10:45 and played through one foursome.
There are many challenging shots here and you need to know where you need to hit your shot to be safe. The carts are equipped with gps measures to the pin so that helps a lot.
I highly recommend Turkey Creek.
Bad greens
Three or Four greens in bad shape, bumpy and brown.
Staff issues
While hitting range balls a staff member approached my wife and I and asked where we got the balls. When I replied at the pro shop he continued to investigate our presence of hitting range balls. After about 5 minutes of this silly inquisition he left. I asked the pro shop about this and got the same question: when did we buy our range balls. I’ve played this course off and on for over 10 years and have generally enjoyed it. It’s a nice course, but I suggest you keep proof of purchase or the range police may come after you. I did suggest that this type of customer service could use some improvement.
Beautiful course layout
I had a 12:20 tee time. Upon arrival, staff was friendly and stated they’ll call me at tee time. I didn’t hear an announcement so I teed of at my scheduled time. The fairways were in great shape. Tee boxes were nicely mowed and in great shape a few of the greens were showing summer wear and tried out, for the most part greens were in good shape appeared slower than my practice course. The course layout is beautiful. Pace of play was excellent, finished in less than three and one-half hours. I’ll definitely play again.
CHALLENGING
This course can be challenging if you don't drive the ball straight. There are also several forced carries so playing the correct tees for your ability is paramount.
The course currently has no houses or structures near it, but construction has been started bordering the east side of the course. I all likelyhood only back yards will border the course.
I love this course but......
I booked a tee time at 8:10 on 8/15/2019 and it was for two players. My second player added to more to the game which we had to take a new time because they couldn't get 4 of us in at 8:10 so the two other couldn't make the new 10am tee time and I was charged for all four rounds and still had to pay for my 10am. I get that no shows make it difficult but we didn't have anyone waiting on us and I was stuck behind 3 four-sums. The staff was so rude to me acting like I can control 2 other mens schedules. I can't believe how we were treated this morning from staff that we see weekly.
Sunday at Turkey Creek
All golf now users should play this coarse. A beautiful coarse and challenging layout. I play every Sunday in an around Roseville Lincoln area. Most of the time I have a foursome but on some occasion people fall out last minute. I am a VIP member and did not know the coarse has the right to call Golf now to charge me for any no show. Even after I showed up early to notify them of the change over an hour in advance and encouraged him to pair a twosome with us if he could.
Anyway, I have don’t this for the last couple of year and never had an issue getting charged before. Apparently, this young guy felt strong about getting has green fee’s. I’m going to take it up with Golfnow but don’t expect much except for a couple of hot deal credits which I never use.
It’s a great service until you make a mistake and then it may cost you. So play the coarse it’s wonderful but make sure if Anyone falls out and you booked a foursome you could end up having to pay for the no show
Keep your balls in the short grass...
