Turkey Creek Golf Club
About
Turkey Creek Golf Club in Lincoln sprawls across rolling hills that are covered with mature oak forests. The back nine even closely resembles Germany's Black Forest. The centerpiece of the course is the old granite quarry that was transformed into an expansive lake that comes into play on the third and final holes. The golf course is formidable, testing golfers with blind shots and uneven lies, but the challenges are nicely balanced by long, open fairways. Water comes into play several times throughout as well as the towering trees that blanket the landscape. The course will keep golfers on their toes but there is plenty of visual respite available. Players can often catch a glimpse of the abundant wildlife that call Turkey Creek Golf Club home, including deer, quail, foxes, and of course, wild turkeys.

PLAY HERE,
You wont be disappointed when you choose Turkey Creek for golf outing, conditions are as good as the weather, friendly staff
Great course
Very fun course. No body was out while we played today on a cold morning. Fairways aren’t too narrow, despite having pretty dense woods around. All of the greens were in good condition and other than a few soft spots, the fairways were doing well too. Staff is friendly and fun to joke around with. Food was good from the bar/grill as well.
Challenging and Forgiving!
There has never been a time on this course where someone didn’t have a comment about how they loved playing here. Super fun! Some real beautiful holes with water and dog legs. A true value!!!!!
Beautiful Day
We highly recommend Turkey Creek! Pick up a round for 3 on GolfNow for $141 total. Absolutely worth the $. Staff met us in parking lot with carts. Considering the season and the weather, course was in good condition. Challenging and still a good pace. Hole 18 swalled 2 of my balls. Surprisingly VERY challenging. Had us all laughing at the end.
Hidden gem
Very enjoyable round. The fairways are pretty wide and healthy, although not lush. The course is not very penal for mishits out of the fairways. The “rough” is basically nonexistent. You have to move your ball to miss the multitude of trees, but you can easily get your club face on the ball.
Scenic! Tons of turkeys, and saw a few deer.
I will definitely return
Somewhat open fairways. A challenging golf course but not penal.
Had a good time playing Turkey Creek. Will come back in the furure.
Good conditions!
Overall, Turkey Creek is a fun course to play. It does have some hokey holes and blind shots that make you scratch your head if you play it for the first time. The greens are in good shape and the fairways are fine. Not plush but it is November and we are very dry. Carts are getting a bit worn as the GPS screens are a bit rough. Place could use a little love for it to be a 5 star course .
One of the best courses anywhere
This course has a beautiful layout it looks incredibly tough but it is actually very forgiving ...the greens were in excellent shape as were the fairways. All in all turkey creek is an excellent day of golf
They had punched recently which made it a great deal. Have played the course before in tournaments with great results. Only complaint is they allowed a fivesome of golfers that were not good and just let it go. Held everyone up, played at over five hour pace and many ended up just driving around them which isn't fair because you lost a hole. When I said something after i was told they know but didn't have a marshal today (Sunday) really a bummer that the staff can be pushed into A) allowing a fivesome of very bad golfers and B) ran from managing it. Soured what was otherwise a great facility.
Golf?
Golf each and every time is a challenge. I love the course, but it doesn’t always love me! I love it greatly because I get to play with one of my sons. In great shape and fun to play @ Turkey!
Great Day
This course is most certainly a course that requires well-placed shots. The rocks protruding from the ground on numerous holes are an awesome design feature. The greens were tough read and a bit slippery but I think they went right along with the difficulty of the course. Overall it was a great day and I will be looking forward to play at Turkey Creek again.
Few turkeys at Turkey Creek
I have heard that Turkey Creek was a nice but challenging course, located in the town of Lincoln (CA). So, my buddy and I gave it a whirl.
The golf shop staff were friendly and helpful, pointing out hazards. The tee boxes were clean; the second cut and "ruff" was shot so making a mis-hit was possible. There is undulation on the fairways that makes mis-hits a challenge (the ball is either above/below your. feet).
Overall, a great experience. With the exception of the slow foursome we had to follow, it was a perfect day.
Looking forward to going back.
