Turkey Creek Golf Club in Lincoln sprawls across rolling hills that are covered with mature oak forests. The back nine even closely resembles Germany's Black Forest. The centerpiece of the course is the old granite quarry that was transformed into an expansive lake that comes into play on the third and final holes. The golf course is formidable, testing golfers with blind shots and uneven lies, but the challenges are nicely balanced by long, open fairways. Water comes into play several times throughout as well as the towering trees that blanket the landscape. The course will keep golfers on their toes but there is plenty of visual respite available. Players can often catch a glimpse of the abundant wildlife that call Turkey Creek Golf Club home, including deer, quail, foxes, and of course, wild turkeys.

Hardly any water in ball washers. No drinking water! Many greens cluttered with tree debri. How about someone use a blower to clean the greens,or do I have to bring one from home?

Course was in great condition, challenging but approachable for the players who don’t play often. The grill made a great club sandwich.

Nice spring time golf
Went out at 1 pm, all the slots were full and after 9 almost 3 hours in we didn’t go on. Since I’ve had some hip and knee issues I was hopefully going to make 18 was just too slow.

Great course, just be prepared to play a 5.5-6 hr round if you play on a weekend. No marshals and no one seeming to care about pace of play. Other than that great course.

We apologize for the pace on Saturday, We do in fact staff a morning and afternoon marshal every weekend. Unfortunately, the 60 player tournament in the morning were inexperienced golfers, and were not able to play at a reasonable pace despite our best efforts.
