Worse golf course
Worse golf course. Save your money. Long waits at each tee. No sand in the sand bunkers. Expensive for the green fees. Very, very, very disappointing
Worse conditions in area golf courses
There is no sand in the sand traps, just plain dirt for years. There are large bald spots on the fairways & grass on some fairways. The greens are ok, people don’t fix their divots. The layout is good but the course is never maintained well. I don’t understand the groundskeepers at Montebello. I am always disappointed playing golf in Montebello Golf Course. I live in the area & I wish it was nicer. It’s the last place I would play if there are not any tee times anywhere in the area.

Weekly golfer
Fairways are dry and it doesn’t seem like management is taking an interest in improving the conditions.
Played on the 25th also and the 1st hole was covered with goose droppings. Had to skip hole because of that. Very dissatisfied

Course used to be in much better condition. Greens are good lost but fairways need lots of work. Lots of bare fairways.with no grass.

Excellent layout!
This course would be awesome if it were kept better. The fairway was dead in too many places. This place be tremendous.

Great staff
Great friendly staff. Greg is awesome and so is the rest of his staff. Fun course good pace. Couple patches of mud and dirt on fairways but overall good. Would play again

Challenging Course with many sand/dirt traps
I played 9 holes at Montebello course this early morning. The course has many sand/dirt traps at each hole, sometimes as many as 5 per hole. The course is long and easy to navigate on foot, but golf cart would save you some energy.
