It’s a great course at its best, an alright course lately. Maintenance needs work. Bunkers are rock hard and grass is dying or gone in a lot of spots. The value is still there but it needs some TLC.

The last time I played here was about 2 years ago. Luv the layout of this course but don't play it much for the simple reason that the starters are always douchebags. If your not a regular here they treat you differently. Tee boxes are half grass and half dirt/mud. I was shocked at how much dirt was on the fairways and not grass and the same problem around the greens. Greens rolled well but had a lot of sand on them. I Will stay away for a few years and suggest you do the same.

Worse golf course
Worse golf course. Save your money. Long waits at each tee. No sand in the sand bunkers. Expensive for the green fees. Very, very, very disappointing
