About
The course at Copper Canyon Golf Club is deceptively exclusive in that although the club has prestige and a luxurious atmosphere, there are some reasonably priced tee times. The layout features an interesting mix of holes that offer panoramic views of the White Tank Mountains to the south. The large, undulating greens that are framed by generous fairways are the trademark of the course. Water hazards come into play on a few holes and there are also sand bunkers situated throughout. This golf course offers four sets of teeboxes. Copper Canyon Golf Club has extensive practice facilities for golfers to use as well, including a full length driving range with several target greens, a large practice putting green, and a short game area with a bunker.

Fun and Challenging
Course was in really good shape. Greens were nearly perfect. Held shots well and putted true. Some spots on the fairways where the transition is still going on, but they were few and far. Overall, great course.
Great Course Not so great pace of play
Great quality greens tees and fairways. course layout is fun and not too long. The pace of play was seriously backed up which affects the flow of your game. First time playing in over a year and was happy with the overall course.
Hidden gem of a course in Buckeye!
Had been wanting to play here for over two years....did not disappoint! Will be back to play it again!
Well Worth The Drive
Well worth the hour drive from Scottsdale. Best bunkers in Phoenix area that I’ve played. You can tell the groundskeepers take good care of the sand. There were some token burnt out patches in a couple of the fairways but still fine to hit off. Greens were true and pure.
This course has so fun
27 very interesting and fun holes, I would play it again for sure
Nice course in senior development
The staff were extremely friendly. The course was in good conditions and the greens were excellent. I had a blast and played in the afternoon in about 2.5 hours. It was quite windy, so the downwind holes were short and the into the wind holes long, so I got to hit a lot of different clubs. I played lakes and vista nines. Lakes has a lot of water, but it was avoidable. I don’t recall a “vista” in the vista nine, but I was playing so fast maybe I missed it.
Lots of residents finished up before I got there so the course was open for me. Only drawback is that it is a long way off the beaten path. I came from chandler because I had heard good things about the course. Those good things were true:nice greens fun layout, friendly staff, good conditions, but i was t prepared for the drive. I knew it was an hour (approx) from chandler, but didn’t really internalize how far it was until I drove there. It’s west of 303. If you live in the west side of Phoenix, it’s well worth the drive. From the east I think I would play closer to home.
It’s waaaay out there
This course is way out there. About as far from where I was in chandler as a course could be and still be in the valley of the sun.
After the long drive I found a very nice course with excellent greens and friendly staff. I played the lakes/vista nines. As you would imagine, lakes has lots of water I did not notice vistas on that nine, but it was also fun.
Wind was blowing pretty hard. Greens were so smooth i thought the wind was going to blow the ball off one of the greens. It didn’t. I had a blast.
