Located in the heart of the Palm Desert in the Coachella Valley, Woodhaven Country Club offers panoramic views that stretch across the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains. The golf course has a traditional desert landscape but the stunning mountain views elevate it to a truly unique experience. The course has a classic design that is player friendly enough for beginners and even gentle enough juniors. It may not be what you're looking for if you want a formidable test, but more advanced players will appreciate it for a quick casual round. It's also great for working on your short game skills. The golf course is short and tight with immaculately manicured greens. You won't find much water at Woodhaven Country Club except on the 17th, which seems like its nearly all water.

Really?
Our tee time was about 1:30, which would have allowed us to finish before it got too dark. We paid for 18 holes then went out only to learn that they were about an hour and a half behind due to an early morning frost delay. I was upset that we were not told that when we paid since the person in the pro shop obviously knew we would only get nine holes in. He refunded us the difference between 18 an 9 but was pretty unhappy about it.

Wiil Go Back Again
We had a very nice experience at Woodhaven. The fairways and greens were in very good shape and there is a nice range. The layout is not extemely taxing for a skilled player but it is a lot of fun.

Nice facility. Fun coarse but short . Perfect for couples golf. The bar closes @ 5 PM.

Beautiful Course
It was in great shape! The greens were receptive and fast. With the different tees the course is for every player. I would definitely play here again!!!
NOT NICE WHAT THEY DID
Made a late afternoon tee time 1.5 hours before our scheduled round, for our last 9 holes in the desert. Upon arrival, were told in the pro shop they were VERY backed up due to a ladies event. That really upset me since Woodhaven knew that when I booked the tee time. I should not have had so many openings to choose from. The tee time came and went, and there were still at least 4 groups ahead of us - over a one hour delay. Thus, we wouldn't have even finished our 9 holes (note we paid for 18). The pro shop cancelled my reservation, but wouldn't refund me the cost saying I had to contact GolfNow. Well, good luck finding someone from GolfNow to e-mail, text or speak with. My first bad experience with GolfNow, who is asking me to review how I liked my cancelled round. Used GolfNow during the entire month. Everything was great until now . . .
