Located in the heart of the Palm Desert in the Coachella Valley, Woodhaven Country Club offers panoramic views that stretch across the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains. The golf course has a traditional desert landscape but the stunning mountain views elevate it to a truly unique experience. The course has a classic design that is player friendly enough for beginners and even gentle enough juniors. It may not be what you're looking for if you want a formidable test, but more advanced players will appreciate it for a quick casual round. It's also great for working on your short game skills. The golf course is short and tight with immaculately manicured greens. You won't find much water at Woodhaven Country Club except on the 17th, which seems like its nearly all water.

Nice course, leave yourself alot of time
The location of this course is good, not alot of public courses in the desert. Used golfnow to secure a tee time. This was the second time on this course, first time delay was 1 hour and 2nd time was over 1/2 hour.
The pace of play is extremely slow. There are no marshalls on the course manage pace and with a 2:37 p.m. tee time we had a difficult time getting 9 holes completed before dark.
Based on our only two experiences, we would not play here again.
Beware of afternoon tee time deals
We arrived for a 3pm tee time and were informed of a 45 min delay and we’re not able to finish 9 holes before dark. There were no marshals on the course or drink services available. The course was in good shape, greens rolled true, it was just the pace of play was sooooo slow. Would look elsewhere for golf in the PS area.

Great course and really good value
Was told pace of play is sometimes an issue, but our foursome played in 4 hours flat. Course condition was excellent and those new carts with the GPS are just beautiful. A top notch place to play. I will return!

Great course, I love playing here. It was windy and rainy when I played but there’s never a bad day for golf. However the golf shop failed to tell me(a single) that there was 5 groups of 4 ladies each from the ladies club that went out before me I had a two hole lead caught up to them on 3 and one group let me pass, the others I had to skip over and miss holes 5-7 to even finish before it got dark… but love the course

Woodhaven GCC
As always, a pleasant round at a nicely kept course
Course in fantastic shape
Course is shorter for some but still very challenging. Course in excellent shape, no issues whatsoever. Pace of play quick, 3.5 hours. Staff extremely friendly. Very good value for money. Walking allowed.
Easy enough for beginners
Close to my home so is convenient. Great driving range
Great Old School Course; needs a bit of Marshaling
Like this course, especially with a Golf Now deal. My wife is just learning and it’s open & forgiving enough for her while being challenging enough for me. Course was in excellent condition.
A rude twosome jumped in front of us without asking even though we were playing at a Sub-4hr pace. Marshaling would fix this. Also, the carts, while very nice, are janky. They’re geofenced to keep them away from greens and other prohibited areas but, they were shutting down/beeping even on some of the cart paths. Additionally, even though we finished 17 minutes ahead of pace, the cart told us we were 30 mins behind for most of the back nine. This needs fixed.
Unfriendly Staff
It seemed as if the staff couldn’t care less about us. As a guest, perhaps their helpfulness is reserved for members. Course is average, close to homes on some holes, and the playing conditions were ok, not great.
Won’t play there again as there are many courses which charge the same, but provide a better experience.

Course is good value!
We enjoy this course and usually purchase through the site and unfortunately the employee behind the desk insisted that I didi not have reservation. After calling TeeUP and confirming we had paid for the round they had to call the front desk and then he found my name.
Really a hassle.
They need to me more customer friendly.
