Located in the heart of the Palm Desert in the Coachella Valley, Woodhaven Country Club offers panoramic views that stretch across the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains. The golf course has a traditional desert landscape but the stunning mountain views elevate it to a truly unique experience. The course has a classic design that is player friendly enough for beginners and even gentle enough juniors. It may not be what you're looking for if you want a formidable test, but more advanced players will appreciate it for a quick casual round. It's also great for working on your short game skills. The golf course is short and tight with immaculately manicured greens. You won't find much water at Woodhaven Country Club except on the 17th, which seems like its nearly all water.

Course in best condition I’ve seen in a few years
Friendly staff
Beautiful course… great value for your money
Have played this course several times and love the layout, staff… but it is always extremely slow play… really wish they would manage that better.
Slow play by elderly and newbies. Layout promotes slow play as carts are left in front of holes
See above. Tee times after 2:30 shouldexperiment with 10 minute tee times and threesomes
Way to slow pace of playt
Started at 2:45 and pace of play was terribly slow, just finished 9 holes before dark

An Enjoyable Course
The pace of play can be very slow, but the course itself is wonderful. If you’ve got the time, it’s with a play. Great value.
The course is well laid out
Started on the 10th hole which may have been a blessing because by the time we played the first hole, the delay had dissipated. Bunkers are basically hard baked mud with a sprinkling of sand on top.
Great Greens
The course is in excellent condition overall. The greens are very smooth, medium speed.
We enjoyed our round very much.
Woodhaven
This is a nice course where you can have a relaxing round yet still have some challenges. Not a difficult course but well maintained. It’s quite busy with overflow from neighboring resorts that are priced too high, therefor the pace of play is slower.
Beautiful Day, Great Golf
We played a hot deal afternoon tee time. Course was in very good shape and although pretty crowded, the pace allows us to finish before dark on a sunny January day.
Nice Course
This course is in great shape and has wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Fairways are narrow, but otherwise the course is open when adjacent to other holes. Fairly straight holes with few doglegs. Plays short and great for all skill levels. Enjoyed my time there and would return again.
Tee boxes
Tee box location needs to be changed. No grass between tee markers. Easy to move them. This easy change would make play much more enjoyable.

Impeccable gem!
Impeccably maintained gem of a course and gem of a facility. Tees, fairways and greens are all excellent. It's on the easier side and not long, but some of the tee shots require precision and some interesting doglegs and a couple of gorgeous par 3's. Greens rolled fairly fast, but not ridiculous. Pace of play was typical for desert country club style courses. Staff very friendly. For the price, we feel it's one of the best values in the desert, and it's as nice as any of the courses you will play. It has an excellent "vibe" and highly recommend Woodhaven.
