Couldn't play
They require special permit to enter Navy base. I couldn't enter.. I need to get my money back.
Enjoy playing
There is a Grass Driving range with lower price than surrounding courses. The course layout is challenging, but you can also score low. The pace of play has definitely been faster than the other courses we have played in the area (usually play in under 4 hrs, w/ 4some easy)
GolfNow app review
The course isn’t the best, greens are slow and the fairways are patchy. But my problem isn’t with the course, it’s with the GolfNow app. I paid $9 more for green fees than I needed to being that I’m active duty. Something that was addressed to myself and my playing partners by the staff “Why did you go through the GolfNow app? You’re active, you only needed to pay $16 for green fees.”
Golf outing
Had a blast, personal are professional and cordial the course need a little cleaning around the tee box at her than that is a good course to enjoy a round of golf.
Empty course, quick pace!
This was my 3rd round here in the past few months. Always play on Fridays... Never see anyone here and we can play 18 holes in under 3 hours. Nice layout, greens need some TLC. For the price you can't beat it. Get your Naval ID online because it's definitely worth it! Need driver on a few holes, otherwise hit your 3 wood and watch it run on the dry fairways!
This course in very bad shape
Sadly, this course has been so badly neglected that you really can’t play a round there anymore. Because there is no grass on the fairway. All you have is solid dirt or crabgrass. It’s a shame. We have been playing this course for years, but will have to find someplace else to go. Even the carts are in a state of disrepair.
Great for the price.
This is a great course for the price. If you're looking to work on your game, this is the place for you. No frills, no thrills, just play golf.
3+ hour round
Got on a hot deal with friends. Great day, wide open with a few groups spaced apart about 2 holes each way! 3:20 round without rushing for our threesome with 11:00 tee time. Course was in great shape; shot my best round so far!
Great golf for the money
This is a great course if you haven't played in a while or if you don't play very often. The fairways lack a lot and most of the bunkers are more like dirt than sand. However, the greens are in very good condition. Overall this is a nice course and I will definitely continue to play here.
