Always Enjoyable
Love this course! Not real long so I get to work on long and mid irons. It's very well maintained, the staff is great and the newly refurbished clubhouse is Awesome! Only negative is the driving range could use some attention.
best course in Roseville
most likely the nicest course in the Roseville area
Solid track. Well worth your time. Good challenge from the tips if the course isn't rolling. restaurant is also excellent.
Timber Creek GC
Timber Creek is always in great shape! Staff is always friendly, & the facilities are always clean...Never hesitate to book a "Hot Deal" at TCGC!
Course is in immaculate shape
Played as a single on a Monday at 1:30, tee box to green the course is beautiful. A LOT of roll out so be careful to gauge your distances and greens running quick and true. 2 hour 54 minute round and was allowed to play through by 2 fivesomes, for $23 can't beat it.
Beautiful and Well-Maintained!
Awesome course and the layout is great! Homes on the course are usually not in danger of being hit unless you really mishit a shot. Greens are nice and fast. Fairways are well groomed and no bare spots to be found. A little Course knowledge goes a long ways if you've never here before. Do some research. Staff was very friendly too. Will order some food next time since I hear that they serve great food. Will be back for sure !
Perfect
Wow, forgot how nice the course is and it was in perfect condition. Greens were fast and true. Staff very helpful
Rather be golfing
Timber Creek is a clean and well maintained course. We will be playing a tournament in May here and we decided to check it out. First time playing so my first impression is that the course is quite challenging for a beginner like me. Front 9 are short pars but difficult and the back 9 are long pars but average. We enjoyed it and the weather was perfect. will play again here for sure....
1st 5 star review
Played on a Sunday afternoon for $9.00 w/cart. I play 2-3 times a week at different places and this course is in by far the best shape in the Sacramento valley. Tee/fairway/green all perfect shape with the bunkers holding the best sand I've seen in a long time (unfortunately!). Went out as a single and had no one behind me or in front of me all day, most holes I played 2 balls with no hurry up or rushing....the round took me 3 hours and 2 minutes....on a Sunday....for $9.00.
Good challenging course
The course was easy to get to and find.Playing from the blue tees, the course was challenging but not overly long.Course was in great shape. Was a little more speedy than some other courses in the area, but worth it.
The course is always in good condition and a great layout.
The front nine (Lakes course) was in great shape from tee boxes to greens. The back nine (Oaks course) was in almost in as good of condition. Tee boxes and fairways were good but the greens were a bit beat up from ball marks that people weren't fixing. That was really disappointing as each of us in our foursome were repairing at least four or five apiece, and there were enough to fix ten each. Overall yesterday was a great day. I'll be back.
always good
Have played this course a lot and it is always in good shape. Worth the $$ and time. Place of play a little slow but then again my group plays faster then most.
A hidden gem that is affordable, fun & challenges any golfer
This semi-private course is unique in that the members control the quality and participate in the maintenance. Every hole is beautiful and maintained at the highest level. The back 9, the Oaks, is mostly forest and the front 9, the Lakes, is a typical layout for golf course homes. Every hole is intelligently designed so that good course management will pay off. With 4 sets of tees, any player can be accommodated. The practice facilities are generous in size and allow practice in all aspects of the game. Except for range balls, all facilities are available at no cost and don't require that you play a round. The food at the lodge and bar is excellent and reasonable. The pro teaching staff is excellent and fun to work with, regardless of the type of player.
