Challenging but not intimidating. Nice combination of easy and tough holes. Great staff. Would definitely play here again.

Course is in fairly good shape. It seemed the tee boxes hadn't been mowed in a while and they were a bit shaggy. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The greens are quite small.

NFL sunday means a really quiet golf course. This semi-private course is well staffed with warm and attentive folks, is in great shape given the dry conditions, and is a fun and challenging layout.

Had a dream round today in that I was able to play as a single with no one in front or behind at the beginning of the round (even though I was booked into a 4-some, pro shop got me off in advance of my tee time since I was ready to go). I hit a little traffic toward the end but still finished in under 3.5 hours.

Top notch day at a top notch facility.

Very upscale experience, from course maintenance to club house touches of class.

Smallest greens on any par 70 or higher course I've played in recent memory. There isn't so much front | middle | back pin placements, as there are various shades of middle. Definitely the largest part of the defense of this golf course throughout the 18 holes is those greens.

That said, on the front 9 the up and down and around nature also contributed. It makes for some quirky, short golf holes, but there is a modicum of interest in most of them. The reaaaaaaaally down hill par 3 being the best | worst example of that. Funnily enough we were all on or around the green after guessing on club selection.

The back 9 is more traditional and contains better golf holes than the fron because of it.

Now that I have played the course I have no desire to return, but that does not mean it was a back course. If you are a local I can see it being a regular stop, but for someone coming from further away, you will likely find just as good value near home.

Some very unusual holes that offer much more challenge than yardage would indicate. ALL people were extremely friendly to us. A real pleasure.

From start to finish, just wonderful.... great deal on Golf now,!! Just a few minutes off of Hwy. 101, staff in the Pro shop friendly and helpful...Teed right off, never stopped till 3.5 hrs. later... course in excellent shape... greens firm but fair... stopped in after 9 for a Polish dog, even that was delicious ... Can't wait to play again...Thank you to everyone !!

I recommend for everyone to take a chance to play this course it's one of the best that I played.

Wow! I could not believe how good everything was from start to finish. The weather was perfect and so was the course. The staff was very friendly and the facility was quite impressive. I didn't play that we'll but I really enjoyed myself. It was the perfect ending to my summer vacation and the price was unbelievable. Can't wait until next year.:)

We drove over from Fresno to get out of the heat. The weather was beautiful, the staff was very friendly. Loved the course, very nice condition. I can't wait to play it again soon. .

Well, have razy horse a try. Keep in mind my group plays about 3 times a month and makes a point to play various courses and we use Golfnow and Golf18Network for best rates. Tee boxes were fair, fairways good, greens small but good. Facilities fair due to club house shut for remodel, parkting lot tiny, golf carts nice but GPS would be nice on this tight course.

Overall good course, but you can play Cinnabar Hills, Monterey pines, Eagle Ridge, Ridgemark, San Juan Oaks, Coyote Creek for the same price or less.

Good fair course with several challenging holes and good views. Everything's nice foods good and all the pro shop guys are cool. Lots of construction going on currently.

Was Salinas CC, now public. Very enjoyable hilly layout. Only 6106 from the tips but a 130 slope. Beautiful vistas. Surrounded by strawberry farms. Green were excellent. Small, fast, firm and true.
Great bang for the buck.
Currently updating pro shop and bar/dining room.
I did not have any meals there.

I had a great experience. The course conditions were fantastic. The fairways, tees, and greens were all green and lush. I was expecting brown conditions a la the U.S. Open but was greeted with verdant green.

Fun course to play .I enjoyed the challenge and the greens were fair.

A very enjoyable golfing experience. New name under new ownership and a lot of positive facility changes happening. I plan on playing here many times in the future.

Worth the ride ..Course is amazing, the small greens were in great shape, challinging, but fair and true.

well maintained short course, intersting layout on rolling hill, decent par 5 holes, varity layout of par 4s, all par 3 are different, anyhow, each hole has is unique. a short course, but somewhat challenge.

I have played this course 4 times and will play it again. It is thoroughly enjoyable.
