Golfer Reviews
Played several times in the past. Was incredibly slow this time.
We were behind 4 older men. Was like watching paint dry. We were 2 senior couples. We waited every shot. Could not imagine playing 10 11 and 12 behind them so we quit and had lunch at the Argyle. That was wonderful. The establishment even served an IPA from Southern Swells!! . They should consider a marshal on the course. . There was no one in front of these 4 old men. Just watching them walk to their carts was torture. 2.5 hours for 9 holes on carts no less!
Great course
Great track! I use to play there when it was Oakbridge. There is no comparison between courses. This place is in beautiful condition and just plain fun to play.
Had no idea this was only 9 hole course
For the money it’s def not worth it for 9 holes…
For 18 it would be much more worth it course was nice but underwhelming that it’s only a 9 hole course and so close to TPC sawgrass.
Less than an hour before our tee time it started raining and I called the course to see if they were open and they said yes but they were allowing cart paths only , so my playing partner and I both over 75 years old decided not to play . I tried to cancel but it was less than an hour before our time so I couldn’t cancel. The course wouldn’t give us a rain check and I tried with no luck to talk to a live person at GolfNow …. Only a computer. Very frustrating experience…..
It was a fantastic course and great shape and very challenging
The course is very nice too bad it was pouring rain so we really couldn’t enjoy.
Good course
Always enjoyed playing at the Yards. Well maintain course and great views
cook at bbq not friendly
i am aware of the free food giving at the bbq shack
but doesn’t give the right for cook to be rude and act like you know but rest of the staff and players bev girl are super friendly
that cook needs to relax and take it easy
Nice
Nice course for when you don’t have time for 18 holes. Even though it was cart path only due to the tropical storm that came through with tons of rain, the fairways and greens were in great shape. They really take care of this course. My son, nephew, and father-in-law enjoyed our 9 holes.
Perfect Conditions
It is nice to see the The Yards looking and playing so well. Both the greens and fairways were in top conditions, allowing for a fun day in Ponte Vedra Beach!
Great Time
Got an opportunity to play 9 holes with a professional golfer!
Fun and Challenging
Had a great round! Course was in excellent shape. Pace of play was brisk and we were back to the clubhouse in under two hours. Looking forward to my next round at the Yards.
Great Course!
Course was in excellent condition and the pace was pretty fast, no hanging around at all. Beautiful course right in the middle of Sawgrass.
Coolest Golf Around
I played this course in number of times annd each time I enjoy it more and more. The entire atmosphere from the moment you arrive is a positive, chill, and fun vibe. It’s definitely not a stuffy, snobby, good ole boys golf course, this is definitely the new and refreshing. The pro shop is full of great apparel, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the amenities are very nice for a public course. The landscaping, course, and specifically the greens are very good probably of my favorite places to play in Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra Beach..
