About
Situated within the woodlands of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Tahoe Paradise Golf Course has a hilly landscape covered with towering pines. This short, tight golf course is filled with challenges including tight, narrow fairways and smooth, fast greens. The fairways are also lined with trees and thick cuts of rough and some of there is an occasional sloped green. Tahoe Paradise Golf Course's par-4 holes are said to have severe dogleg fairways and water hazards come into play on two holes. The picturesque scenery provides a relaxing break from the challenges of the golf course. One of the most scenic holes is the par-3 14th with a spectacular view of Mt. Tallac and the surrounding peaks.

Just Ok .... great views
This Course is short… Super short, it is fun with great views but not very challenging and you really don’t need a driver. It’s a little pricey for what you get, but it is Tahoe.
Really fun
Don’t let the yardage fool you. This is a gem. Greens are hard to read so try and hook up with a local or play 36.
Fun Course
A beautiful course nestled on the south shore of Tahoe. You better hit the ball straight because it is very narrow in some cases. Quick greens but fair. This was a very enjoyable golf course!
EXTREMELY OVERPRICED
This is a fun and short par 66. It has challenging shots and is mostly to work on your irons. Not a single par 5.. the rates they ask for are absolutely absurd for this course. Every HOT deal they have is never worth it because they’re stingy and want to get you to pay extra for a cart. I tell my friends to stay away from here because it’s not worth the time and money.

Nice day in the mountains golfing
My friend and I arrived a little bit early and we teed up a few minutes later the starter and all the staff at the course were very nice about everything , even checked up on us as we progressed in the round to make sure we were having a good time all in all we will have good memories of this course its a fun shot makers trek enjoyed the place and will play again some day when visiting Lake Tahoe in the future Thanks for making our round of golf enjoyable the staff of Tahoe Paradise!!!
Hidden Gem
Loved this course. It played a bit narrow at times but that's what makes it challenging despite it only being a Par 66. The mountain views and being surrounded by trees made for the feeling of it being a hidden gem. The staff was great and would recommend to anyone stopping by to play the course. It's nice for an early morning tee time and getting in 18 in under 3 hours. Makes for playing before work much easier.

You get what you pay for ...
Got a very good Deal price for 18 walking, so took the wife up to Tahoe, knowing Tahoe Paradise wasn’t the best course around, but wanted to enjoy the nice weather and get a little practice and exercise in. The best points were the friendly guy who checked us in, the fairways were in pretty good shape, and the weather is always great in Tahoe in the summer. The not-so-great major issue far and away was the excruciating slow pace of play. Understanding the variety in skill levels of the many players on the busy course, we were still surprised to see things like two guys playing out of one bag of clubs, girlfriends tagging along and hitting the random shot, and older dudes fishing for balls out of a pond while 2 groups waited on them . We did see a “ranger” driving around at one point, but it made absolutely no difference in the pace of play. So understand what you’re getting into before going here and you hopefully will have an OK day. (But it’ll be awhile before I go back.)
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Fun little course
Very tight tree lined fairways. Target golf. Great for iron practice. Only use your driver on 1 maybe 2 holes. Greens were difficult
Unable to play due to credit card machine inop
We’ve played here many times in the past but this was going to be our first under new management. We booked the Tee Time 4 days in advance and was excited to play at Paradise for the first time this season! Unfortunately when we arrived we were informed the credit card machine was inop and they were accepting cash only. We only had credit cards and Apple Pay but neither were accepted so we were forced to cancel and head back home. We could have left our credit card number, a copy of our drivers license, Zelle the money to the manager, or any other alternative but we’re not given any choices. During this time of COVID I would not expect an establishment to ask for people to pay with cash (not an option for us since credit cards is all we had). We are local Tahoe residents and we’re disappointed with this experience to say the least.

Excellent challenging course...
Great technical and challenging course that has a little of everything including great views... it's my favorite course in Tahoe.
Super fun short 18 hole course!
Beautiful weather paired with a good day of golf. Staff was awesome and the course played very nice. Recommend this course to newbies learning to play.
Nice short course
I love this course because I do not hit the ball far. The course requires accurate shots and they have very good challenging greens. Great deal using the Hot Deal. I play this course when I go to Tahoe.
