Palm Valley Golf Club - North/West

I have played here several times. Course conditions are pretty good except they have the worst sand traps than any course in the valley. They were bad a year ago when I first played there, they have worked on them but are still terrible. Everything else; fairways, rough, greens, layout, are always good. Fix the bunker condition and it is one of the best in west valley.

It's been awhile since played the Palms course, but it was in the same shape as last time- Excellent. Got off to a slow start and had to wait behind two foursomes (we had 3) most of round. I took advantage of the extra time to repair other idiot's careless etiquette. So yes play could have been a little quicker. Had a great time with the guy myself and my friend were paired up with.

Course has actual "rough" and desert for any stray shots and you will use all clubs in your bag.

Fairways great, greens great, price great $30. IMO you can play Kierland, Camelback etc...for another $ 80-100 and play quicker and have a similar round probably b/c there are less folks on the course. No attendants to clean my clubs after round, but again I didn't pay for it. Look forward to playing it few more times this summer.

Excellent playing conditions, Awesome staff, pace of play was good, not rushed or delayed.

Long drives on par 5s and long par 3s throughtout the course make this a challenging course. Play the tees that are best for you to have an enjoyable round. Was paired with a twosome that were familiar with the course so I was able to play my game bases on their advice.

The course is a good challenge with multiple tees enough to be fair for everyone. We player between tournaments and they had the rough very high.

The course was very nice, however, the tee times were at 7 to 8 minute intervals which caused the pace of play to be very slow, at times there were 2 groups waiting to tee off on some holes. this led to some groups ahead of us quitting after 9 holes.

, we were impressed with this course, the condition and was clean. Possibly more marshal presence as group in front took cart past cart signs and up to green.

Course was in good shape rough was a little long for my taste still setup like it was for a college tournament

We played behind a junior tournament and pace of play was very slow.
The starter announced my first name instead of my surname which caused confusion since everybody else's surname was used when being called to the tee. As a result we missed teeing off on time and had to be fit in later. When I asked if they normally use first names when calling people to the tee the starter said "sometimes" . Strange.
The rough is deep and lush and at times it was difficult to find a ball in the rough.
Other than that the course is nice and I would play again.

had a good time on this course. Did have some slow spots but it played pretty steady all the way around.Course was in great shape.

Showed and and got a "Hotdeal" at the course. The staff was friendly and fast seeing that I showed up late.

The best part was that I got to play with an amazing group of guys. I ramdomly played with them at another "golf now" course a few months before.

Course was well worth the money and a fairly challenging and is great shape.

I really enjoyed my afternoon there, starting out with great practice sand, green and driving range. I was paired wth local people who made getting around the course a breeze. Would like to see better direction signs when coming off the greens.

The lush fairways ,firm greens and immaculate bunkers were every thing I expected.there wasn't a bad hole on the course. Maybe the rough was a little more challenging to get out of than expected but I shouldn't have been there.. This course was a definite A plus.will definitely come back.

First of all I love the course and think they should charge more to weed out some of the play that should not be on the course !!! A 1:30 tee time should finish but we were half an hour behind to start, no starter on the tee and no course assistant to keep play moving. It took 3:15 to play 12 holes !! It was getting late so I had to leave. NO FUN.....

Booked a tee time on Golf Now. Everything was ready when we got there and we were paried with a couple from Canada. The pace play was normal with some slowness near the end of the round. The course was in good shape although they were working on some of the bunkers. Other bunkers did have puddles of water that inhibited play and the sand was compacted. We would play it again.

Really slow round of golf, extremely frustrating.
Would not return, marshal was around but did not
do anything.
Also I went to use the 25 % promotional code, and
it showed discount, then when I clicked on the site
to pay it did not include the discount. ???

We were very impressed with the condition of the course for this time if year. Really enjoyed our 2 rounds . It was a good pace of play also. I did not rate the food as we did not stay for supper, but we're told it was good also.

The course was very green and well groomed. Views were spectacular.

5 &1/2 hour round and won't do it again. Sending groups off way too soon. Should be at least every 8 minutes.
