The course was challenging ,the greens was very nice ,but fairways are not as green and a little hard to hit my 2nd shot, bunkers are not enough sand so you hit hard ground. Hopefully they 'll put more sand in bunkers.

Pretty challenging course with good greens, tees and fairways could be in better shape but also there’s not much water in the summer

This course has such amazing potential, the layout, the neighborhood, and the location all scream POTENTIAL! But for some reason no one up top seems to quite see that so they have run this place into the ground. Dead/dry fairways, overwatered mushy greens, carts unfilled/not ready, employees joking around / screwing off not doing their job. Food/beverages were horrible. I left after 9 holes it was so poor. No ambassador/marshal around. Save your time/money and go somewhere else.

Overall, in fairly good shape and its a good value for the money. The issues are around sand traps and some dried up areas on fairway and tee boxes. Some sand traps have no sand, and with a high lip, they are very difficult to extract from. Imagine the need for a high sand shot, and not having any sand to get under the ball.

Many of the tee boxes were completely dried out dirt, and just need some water. Fairways were hit and miss, with some fairly green and others mostly brown and dirt.

Good and challenging layout with lakes and water. Fairways are dry and not as green as I remembered.

Beautiful course but fairways def need some work. Greens are well maintained but tee boxes could be better. Overall good course

Nice course. Very friendly staff. Will go back. Only thing that seems wrong is fees are the same whether you walk or ride. That doesn’t seem right.

The staff were awesome. Some areas were soggy and that was my only complaint. Course was ok.

This course was in poor condition and the pace of play was awful. We quit after 9 holes. If the course was in better condition, the lay out was very challenging. After playing this course following playing La Costa and Steele Canyon, I realized that you get what you pay for.

4 players Had 8:40 tee time and play front in 2:10 hrs. Back nine took 2:40 hrs…

Course was in awesome shape…Great value for seniors, will only be getting hotter though!
