Punched greens would have been ok, but the rest of the course was poorly maintained

Golf now had red warning light on tee time but did not say what red light was for. Immediately told at course we could only play front nine twice which was aerated and sanded the day before. Ok not the end of the world. We played front nine in 85 minutes. Then caught three groups on hole 11. One was a foursome and two were fivesomes! Thought course could have marshalled those groups. Other than that course was in good shape.

Solid place to get a decent round of golf I just wish that I knew i was going to be playing the back 9 twice

The course was in great shape. Dale in the club house was friendly and helpful. It was an enloyable experience.

Arrived and the pro shop staff were more than helpful. The pro actually gave us a couple of pointers on playing the course that really helped. By far the most pleasant pro shop we have been in for a very long time. The course was in great shape with awesome greens. Tricky but fair. Liked the variety of holes, all having their challenges. The tee box signs are an added touch with the legends of the game photos. Will be back for sure. Liked seeing the busy junior program underway when we came off the course.

We booked a tee time for the afternoon at 1:00 p.m and had 4 people golfing. We started to golf and 3 holes in it started to rain. we went back to the pro shop for a rain check and were informed they don't issue rain checks on days that have rain in forecast.

We asked where this policy was written and there was no response other then that's the policy. We responded that they should be more clear when checking in about this policy.

Will not be going back to the Legends golf club.

The course was in great condition and is a fun course to play. The greens were quick and it is a course you need to think about shot selection. My only down side I have of the course was the bunkers was hard even after the ran the rack tractor through them. Maybe they make a little deeper drag would help make them a little more softer.

After all the recent rain, the course is in great shape. Wish they had a Marshall to keep things moving along a little better.

We had reserved wrong course. Drove 2 hours to correct one. Chris and course were great in letting us play late.

Frost delay on 12/26/16. Tee times were delayed by two hours. Instead of putting everyone out as a shoot gun start, they only opened the back nine. By 10:00 am there was no more frost, but the front nine remained closed. Very poor dicesion making by the course and its starter. I will think twice before playing this course on a weekend.

I played here for the first time. Read all the reviews so didn't have to high of expectations. Trying out all the local courses as I've just moved to the a area a few months back. So far played Rancho California, Pala Mesa, Redhawk, CrossCreek and now The Legends. With CrossCreek being my favorite this one is probably ranked second on my list. Nice greens that ran true and very fast. Good pace of play and with a challenging layout. Price was good on GN. The fairways could be better of course but grading off a scale of the other courses they are normal. Brown and hard pan in areas but acceptable. The water features on the course are very nice and kept up well. Overall I would recommend the course. Should be nice in the spring if we get a decent amount of rain. Though I've been saying that in So Cal for the last 8 years. We'll see.

It was ok. Pace was a little slow. Greens in good condition, but fairways not so much

If it wasn't for the palm nuts on most of the greens making it near impossible to putt, i would have put this as a 5 conditions and overall. The palm trees are not well maintained, and we almost had fronds fall on us 3 different times, and the nuts being all over most greens made it near impossible to putt unless you took the 5-10 mins to clear your line completely which I didn't feel would be fair to the groups behind us trying to get through their rounds. Would recommend, but this would be a hidden gem, if not for the tree maintenance issues.

Have played this course a few times and always found it playable and in good condition. Not so much this time. The best part was the value and, as always, the friendliness of the staff.

Relaxing day st the course. Steady groups of players, but they moved along nicely and we finished in 3.5 hours.

I really enjoyed a Sunday out at this course! The staff was great in the club house and also in the bar area. The course is going though some up grades and is a little rough but still a nice course overall!
