Great & good course, The trees and creeks help make the holes more challenging enough. One of my favorites. Love to play here everytime to keep me with my game.

(B:70.5/125) Nice course for the journey north of San Diego, kudo’s to the grounds team as the fairways were manicured, the greens were in good shape and there were just enough hidden gotcha’s to keep you on your toes.

Cart GPS would have resolved the riddles with respect to the hazards or risk/reward shot awaiting a well-informed risk taker. Although the course yardage book was wonderful with tips, it’s something to be said about knowing you can shave the corner of a dog-leg left fairway with a 280 shot and be just fine. Now, that could be a little picky, but the sand traps were horrible! Either classify them a waist bunker or groom / place sand in them. Bunker play around a couple holes was costly if you landed in the severely compacted non-classified waist areas. I sure the ground crew will expedite repairs to the open trench on the uphill par 4.

18 is a great finishing hole just enough distance to make you try to reach the green in two…….outstanding, but watch out for the (LARGE) tree on the left, water in front and down the right side.

All staff personnel that I encountered were very sociable, welcoming and attentive to my club’s needs. I would recommend this course but please fix the sand traps or reclassify them.

This course has been brought back from dead by its current owners. It's a nice and fair layout. Each year conditions are slightly better, after previous management killed the place. Enjoyable golf at a decent pace.

Awesome fairway needs more sand in bunkers. Would play anytime.

This is a very nice course that is very frustrating to play because there is very slow play among some golfers, who seem to feel the course is theirs alone.

We played yesterday, and there were some rude golfers ahead of us. They played extremely slowly, would not let anyone play through, and caused a backup of 1-2 foursomes on each hole and each shot. If there were any marshals on the course, they paid no attention to general pace of play anywhere.

The course needs marshals who will insist golfers keep up with the group ahead of them, not plumb bob, take 5 practice swings before each shot, and refuse to let faster golfers play through.

This is a great course for beginners, but all levels can enjoy play here. The weather was great, and pace of play wasn't too bad for most of my round.

The layout of the course was great, but the signage for holes 10 and 16 was a little confusing. The roses decorating around the clubhouse were outstanding. I have never seen more lovely roses. Kudos to the staff for this.

The only negative about this course were the sand traps. There was no sand. Great day!!!

I played on a Friday and the pace of play was like playing on a weekend 5 hours. No marshals to speed up slow players, very sad!!!!

Nice greens, pace of play on back nine was very slow. One forsome holding up three others. No marshal to speed them up. Never the less enjoyed the coarse.

Played this course last summer and it was definitely suffering from the CA drought. That has changed with all the rain we have received this past season. Unfortunately when I booked last week's round there was no airification notice on GolfNow but it was okay for the reduced price I received. Overall conditions are well improved on this course and I will return in a few weeks once the greens have grown back in.

Greens had been punched and sanded 7 days previously, hence the reduced price. Greens actually played and looked like they had been done just the day before! The staff was extremely friendly, and the 19th hole was great, as was the food, excepting they tried/planned on shutting down at 5pm when sunset wasn't until 7pm.

Punched greens would have been ok, but the rest of the course was poorly maintained

Golf now had red warning light on tee time but did not say what red light was for. Immediately told at course we could only play front nine twice which was aerated and sanded the day before. Ok not the end of the world. We played front nine in 85 minutes. Then caught three groups on hole 11. One was a foursome and two were fivesomes! Thought course could have marshalled those groups. Other than that course was in good shape.

Solid place to get a decent round of golf I just wish that I knew i was going to be playing the back 9 twice

The course was in great shape. Dale in the club house was friendly and helpful. It was an enloyable experience.
