Legends Golf Club

I really like The Legends Golf Course. It is challenging without being too difficult. I am 75 and play from the white tees. Most of the past 4's are reachable with a good drive, but even without a good drive, they aren't too long that you can't have a shot at an up and down par. The only criticism is that the course was a little dry. I will definitely be back.

The Legends Golf Course at Temeku in Temecula is a fun little track that plays much like a city municipal course. Not very big and surrounded by homes the course is fun but not exciting. We got a good price from Golf Now but I wouldn’t pay more than that reduced rate. The course is in good condition and the bar is nice so we’ll be back but won’t be regulars.

Very nice great greens only bad part that it was over booked could of have faster pace of play

The winter conditions make the fairways a bit off like most courses in our area. Greens are true and fast. Nice bar and restaurant. Staff is great.

Great time golfing. Weather was perfect. Greens are in great condition, fairways were a bit patchy in places. Very friendly staff.

If not sure where to hit, always hit to the middle of the palm trees.

Legends staff is terrific. California has been super dry for a year and legends is pretty dry despite a recent day of rain. However, the legends staff keeps the course as playable as possible. The greens are outstanding and consistent.Overall, the course is a good value. One suggestion that I mention every time is that the course needs a ranger. The last two times we played were were held up by rude, drunken persons who slowed down play or made play unpleasant due to their behavior.

This coarse is the worst condition and layout in ca. Almost every shot is blind and there is not enough water put on the coarse to keep the weeds alive. It had rained before we played, but aside from that, it should be closed and build more houses. It sucked. Wouldn't play again on a bet, where is my refund?

Not to happy our twilight game turned to night.

Players in front had their cars batteries die out twice. They ended up cursing at us because we asked them what was holding up the game! Not cool had my son with me. What a waste of time and money!!!! Very disappointed in the club!

The course lay out is nice but the fairways are mostly dead and hard packed. I expected dead grass this time of year but the ground was so hard my irons just bounced off of it, which got pretty frustrating. I played at the hot deal rate which made for a pretty fantastic value so i was ok with the conditions. I would play there again at the price I paid.

Solid course and value, lots of doglegs and uneven lies, greens in good shape, can be a challenging day on the greens unless you leave ball below the hole.

The course is not in its best condition. Tight lies due to sparse fairway grass. Terrible traps/bunkers. Most of the traps were bare dirt hardpan; found exactly one that had lots of sand. But the most excruciating part of the day was the greens...more specifically, the pin placements AND the greens. Almost every green on this course has a steep two-tiered design. While it's too many, it's OK...UNLESS the joker who placed the cups today thought it would be funny to locate every one of them within a foot of the break line. Too short? Back to you it rolls. Too long? Off the other side it rolls 20 feet. When a course does this Putt-Putt design, it's so far removed from golf that it's just punitive. Not funny. Not fun. Probably won't be back anytime soon.

Greatly disappointed. I was excited about playing this course as it was my first time. I figured that a course called “Legends”, would be just that. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Right off the bat I was disappointed. The 1st tee putting greens were covered in palm tree seeds. It was an obstacle course, too many to clear off. All the fairways were dead, yellow and hard as concrete. My buddy and I wanted to leave after the 2nd tee but we had prepaid and couldn’t get GolfNow personnel on the phone, so we just played on. Unless things improve at this course we’ll continue to play Redhawk, and Rancho instead. Not a fun day Monday.

The fee should of been less based on the condition of the course.

Course is in good shape coming out of the winter heat and into fall. Need to be more mindful of course pace of play. Had a small tournament which they pushed out at around noon. We had multiple groups of twosomes on the front nine which were slow. Due to the tournament they pushed out twosomes on 10 when we were coming up nine. Not cool. Made for a long day.

Juat need to be mindful of whats happening on the course.
