The Club at Savannah Harbor

We play this course every year when we come to this area. It is always in good shape. We like all the holes. It was very wet this time due to heavy rains the night b/4 but sill enjoyed.

I played there for the first time this weekend. There was a fundraiser tournament that had a shotgun start 20 minutes before my tee time( I wish golf now would have told me that). The fairways were in excellent condition but the greens had way too many unrepaired ball marks in them...my putts were literally bouncing to the hole. I suspect this was the tournament in front of me and not the usually players/members. Overall its a great course and I will be going back.

The course is med-hard, definitely for an experienced golfer! Bring your A game when you come to the harbour!

Always a treat to play this track regardless of the time of year. Conditions were exceptional for the middle of January. Layout accommodates all whether you're scratch golfer or a high handicapper. Highly recommend to anyone looking for that "special" country club experience

Played the Member tees (combination of Black, Gold & Silver) and had a great time. Course is good shape for the time of year.

At this time of year this course is in fantastic condition. The greens are FAST and smooth, unblemished. Great attention to detail the only suggestion would be to fill the ball washers with water. The tees were as well attended as the fairways and traps. This is the best Savannah course in my opinion. Everything you need for a challenge, 5 sets of tees, something for everyone.

enjoyed the course, very playable-several of the tee boxes had a ton of leaves on them..the club house was not very friendly-just business like most of the staff...the starter was a nice polite guy.....THIS WAS MY FOURTH DIFFERENT COURSE THIS WEEK AND THE LEAST FRIENDLY..... BUT I WAS ONLY THEIR TO PLAY GOLF

It was my first time playing this course and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The Greens were well kept and very fast. The staff was great.

This was our third time playing the course and it is always a pleasure. Greens were in excellent condition. Fairways were over -seeded this time of year and due to the recent large amount of rainfall they had not been able to mow them so they were quite long but none the less still very much playable. Did make for a very long course from the black (championship) tees! I would suggest any player to play one tee forward for their skill level as this is a very long, difficult course in general and being at sea level the ball doesn't go as far you may be used to.

It was a perfect sunny day. I thought the fairways might be wet given recent rains and over seeding. I was pleased to see the course was quite dry. The greens are always perfect. The layout is best in area.

a wonderful course, great conditions, fun and challenging holes. fast and true greens. a great value with a special golf now lower then normal price. this course is a must play whenever i am in hilton head

What a golf course! I've been playing here about twice a year for the past five years, and every year it gets better and better. Course was cart path only today due to over seeding, but I actually enjoyed it more because I slowed down to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Great views of the historic city, bridge, and marsh.

Greens were perfect, true, and rolled fast (10-12 is my estimation). Beautiful winding fairways through the marsh and trees. Course is fairly wide open off the tees. Hands down the best public access course in Savannah. If you have the chance, this is a must play.

Great layout and friendly staff. Recent over seeding required cart path only and had some spots not cut too close. Nice risk/reward set up. Greens rolling great

I gave this course a 5 star but I have to mention that for the whole month of November they are playing it as cart path only due to overseeding!

Outside of this it is a course worth stopping at. Food was excellent as well in the grill room!

Course was in good shape for the discounted rate we played. Would have been upset if we had played rack rates. Staff was VERY friendly and lunch bag was well worth the cost. Recommended if you can get on for $80 or less.

A beautifully manicured course, great views, hazards are manageable if shots are accurate, lots of small alligators on the alley. Very enjoyable, allowed to start off 10- which made for a 3 1/2 hr round. Staff was great from the pickup, pro-shop and starter

Best putting surfaces I've played on in a long time. Consistent, really good pace, held approach shots well. To me if the greens are good it is a lot more enjoyable.

I dont typically writes reviews. But while on vacation to Tybee we wanted to get a round of golf in and decided on Savannah harbor based on reviews. The course did not disappoint. I have not played many top tier golf courses when it comes to condition/service. But I will say my trip to Savannah harbor was the best golf experience I have ever had. The course conditions were perfect and the staff was as nice as they could be. If you are in Savannah and looking for a place to play golf look no further as Savannah harbor is your place.

Very nice. Interesting layout, excellent greens and grass. My only criticism is the sand traps, which had a hard bottom.

Have now played SH 4 times, all thru Golf Now. For the right price (about $60) it is well worth it. Conditions, facilities, staff, layout are all superb.
