The Club at Savannah Harbor

I really enjoy this course - it's always in great shape. This course is challenging and fun to play.

Stayed in Savannah and wanted to find a course in the Savannah, Hilton Head area. Course is located just 8 minutes from the Savannah city center, across the bridge.
Course was in great condition from tee to green. They take really good care of the course and ensure that every part of the course is in tip top shape. Found the course to be a very good challenge and test of golf. We played from the gold tees, which made for some very long par 5's. First par 3 was 224! Course can be more difficult if you find your tee shots in the rough. We only saw 2 other pairs of golfers the entire time on the course, which was nice. Makes you feel as if you have the whole course to yourself. Pro shop staff and Bartenders were very nice and professional.
A definite must play if your in the Savannah/Hilton Head area. Will definitely play again.

P.S. Bring bug spray.

Despite greens punched last week, the greens rolled extremely true. Great but challenging course. A must play. Good and facilities are first class.

Course played like I expected since I live in Savannah - great value using Golfnow

Overall a great course to play

This course was great to play. Fairways were in good shape, although greens had been plugged. This wasn't noted on golf now. Bunkers need drainage and help,especially in an area where summer rains are the norm. Rough deep, stay in fairway or risk losing the ball.

Has always been a pleasure to play! Aerated the back greens so we had to play front nine twice. Be mindful just been aerated a few days ago. Overall the best track in Savannah hands-down!

After a heavy rain the night before the bunkers were washed out. They didn't even try and I'll give them a pass on the bunkers because they were very wet.
But I'd seriously question if the GPS pin locations were correct. It constantly seemed like pins in front were shown in back, and vice-versa, on the GPS.

Course has nice club house. I think the course is a little sleepy but still nice. No memorable holes and if you can get it for under $50 a good deal.

Rough really long, I guess from all the rain.
Played the gold tee's and it played way too long for our group.
With narrow fairways , long rough and wet conditions it ate our lunch. Too many ball marks not repaired, but greens were pretty good considering the conditions.

You get what you pay for at Savannah harbour. It was an awesome course will top level service. The service was that of a course you pay 200+ for. The course was wet in some spots because of the downpour the night before but with a little work and drying out it would play like the major tournament level course it was intended to be.

Course is a little pricey, but well worth the money compared to the other local courses. I played two other Public courses and Savannah Harbor twice while I was here. Pay the extra $50 and play at Savannah Harbor. Friendly staff, 2 beverage carts during peak hours, free range balls.

All around excellent condition, beautiful scenery, and wonderful staff. Nice job. I'll be certain to return.

Tees & fairways in ok condition but greens were a mess! Rolling maybe 3 &1/2 out of 12 and pock-marked in several locations. Would not play again in those conditions at any price!

Course was a little wet more so than normal but it has rained a lot recently. In spite of a little water the course was in great shape as always.

Loved the course! Everyone was very friendly, can't wait to go back.

Course was in good shape but the greens were in poor shape and slow .

The course was beautiful and well maintained. I don't know why the starter was sending everyone out as twosomes or singles--it slowed everything down quite a bit.

The only negative about this is the bag drop.
All else is just top notch.

A very nice layout and challenging. We played it with 25 to 30 mph and it was very difficult but fair. I would highly recommend the course.

We stopped here to play on our golf trip to Jacksonville and this place is spectacular! It's very forgiving and wide open on most holes. Down right amazing!!!!!
