Hiddenbrooke Golf Club

Pace of play was horrible. 5.5 hour round as a twosome and we had to skip the last hole. Tee boxes are in terrible shape. uneven and not a single divot has been repaired.

As A beginner, the course was challenging but very interesting. On a rainy day, the pace was great.

To clean golf balls are to be clean more often smells really bad

This course was in disrepair and the staff is apathetic to the playing conditions. Range is terrible with old broken golf balls, uneven, and little actual grass. Pace of play almost 2 hours for 4 and a half holes (quot on the 4th hole). Cart broke down on 2nd hole and called pro shop multiple times without a response. Finally kicked the cart to get it moving again. Fairways are mostly mud with patches of weeds and occasional grass. Greens are mediocre. No Marshall on course for pace of play.

I’ve loved the course for many years, but it is in pretty rough shape. Tee boxes, fairways, bunkers and greens are all in poor condition. The cart fleet is worse shape. Every cart seat it destroyed, broken windscreens, no coolers, seed bottles or tires with tread. The grille is closed, although they do have premade sandwiches in the cooler and hotdogs. I’m afraid that in its current condition and price the course will be closing soon. Bummer if so and I hope I’m wrong

The greens are fast, the fairways are tended and lushes and best of all the tee boxes have been mostly fixed. I know it’s a dubious proposition to ask for flat tee boxes in the Bay Area but this place is the closest you’ll come to having good tee boxes. I love this place and the value you get for the price.

Tee box conditions need to be improved. All other aspects are very good. Fun to play

This is a challenging course for all skills of golfers. There are plenty of sand bunkers and water hazards. Finding the fairways is the key.

Our foursome played Hiddenbrook yesterday, November 30th and we had a great experience. The greens were very good. The tees were in poor shape and need to be seeded badly. Weather was cold at 8:20am but warmed up after 4 holes.

The fairways were good and pace of play was outstanding. This is a fantastic layout with many memorable, challenging holes. I loved the rate and I will be back soon.
