Staff was bland and not friendly. 4 bathrooms by the first Tee and non-had toilet paper. Told staff but didn't really seem to care.

Pro shop staff just doing a job with week customer service. Breakfast burrito was dry and lifeless...

The tee boxes are not level by a long shot. It also looks like a drunk child was playing golf with a chainsaw. The amount of money you charge you should be lazer-leveling the tee boxes. The people on the course move slower than turtle on vicodin and took an average of 22 minutes per hole. There was also some crazy old guy heckling people who were driving on hole 8. Then the other guy he was with started following our group in his cart, allowing the old guy to continue his tirade. The Marshall came by and didn’t want to bother. I love this place, the layout and sometimes it’s in good condition, but this is ridiculous.

There seem to be some efforts to make this course playable. It’s in overall good shape. The greens are okay and fairways and off fairways seem to have been maintained well. I’d recommend.

I love this course, somewhat challenging and fun to play with my friends.

This message is for the owner or the highest of management. I recently played at Hiddenbrooke on September 6 at 7:45 AM. To make a long story short, I left a personal bag in one of the golf carts before my tee time because I ended up switching carts unknowingly that I left my bag in the other cart. The group that played before me was kind enough to return the bag to one of your employees name Callie. After asking Callie 3 separate times if anyone has returned my bag, she denied and said no one returned anything. I eventually caught up to the group around the 16th hole and ask them if they return the bag and they said yes and that they returned it to Callie specifically. When we both finished our rounds myself and the group that played before me Confronted Callie about the bag, she then so conveniently remembered and replied “oh, yes, I left it on the table there, but I don’t know what happened to it afterwards.” we eventually got the manager Nate involved, and he was defending his employees saying that he “Trusts her” and “she would never do anything like that.” he went onto than reply that “ we are in Vallejo So things like this happen.” as I am discussing with the manager Callie excuses herself and says she will be right back. She literally returned 3 minutes later with my bag but with my wallet missing all my other items as far as cards and ID were in there, but my wallet, which was a black Louis Vuitton card holder wallet was missing along with a picture of my child. I asked her where did she find the bag and she said she just found it laying on the parking lot floor. I was baffled by the answer and I asked her so you’re telling me that my bag was laying there for 4 to 5 hours without anyone touching it and you so conveniently found it within five minutes after I asked you three separate times. If you have seen this bag? She did not have a response and began to stutter and change her story. I am extremely frustrated on how I was treated at this so-called pristine golf course and I will make sure that no one golf’s here ever again. This golf course has thieves working for them and we pay to play here. I shouldn’t have to worry about my personal items being stolen! None of the employees took ownership in their wrongdoing, and tried to blame me and the other gentleman that return my item as in the wrong! I will be writing multiple reviews and will get my lawyer involved on how I was treated at this golf course!

Played when it wasn’t crowded so pace of play was good. Tee box uneven and greens not uniform. Good layout. Not much choices for food or drinks.

Overall the course condition is average. Slow of play made the round not so enjoyable.

Brought my son golfing here for his second ever round. Course is well maintained and offers a nice elevation change. Plenty of opportunity for ball loss and we did lose a bunch, but that was to be expected. Pace of play was fine. Weather was outstanding although wind whipped thru a couple tee shots providing an extra challenge. Staff was very pleasant and we had a fantastic round.

Only negative is the $60 fee to rent clubs, which were not long enough for his 6’2” frame, and which are definitely on the higher end of what other local courses charge.

Course is great value, the greens were nice but some were a little inconsistent with speed, the different tee boxes offer a lot of challenges for all level of golfers

Shows signs of aging and lack of upkeep. Still enjoy playing the course!

When I first played this course probably over 20 years ago, I loved this course. Over the years, it’s dropped down in my rankings of a must play course to an occasional course. The greens have gotten poorer in conditions. They have moved the tees up which is okay for some, but it’s changed the make up for me. A year or so ago, they cleaned up the creek like area by cutting a lot of plant growth out which help improve the look of the course. I’ve always hated the range which is located across the Main Street and is played up a hill.

I will say, the greens are in decent shape, but the rest of the course is really rough in most spots. The fairways have dead spots all over. The pace of play is miserable, especially when you know the culprit. They need a ranger badly. The layout is fun, but you wait longer than you play. Tough to say $49 is a fair value.

I can’t put my finger on it… maybe it just didn’t set up well for my eye… but I don’t think I’ll come back. Conditions were a little disappointing. Bunkers had a lot of water, greens were a little rough, so I was a little underwhelmed. Pace was fare…4.5 hrs on a Sunday. Maybe I just expected a little more.
