Blue Rock Springs Golf Course - West

Course was in good shape, staff very friendly, however pace of play was extremely slow. We ended up only playing 9 holes, as 2 people in the group in front of us were horrible! We understand everyone has to start somewhere, but atleast make the effort to learn the etiquette of the game, i.e., hitting out of bunkers 4+ times, walking in circles, looking at the rake but failing to pick it up and use it...not ok! Could go on, but not the fault of the course...to an extent. When we returned our cart the pro shop noticed, and were nice enough to give us a voucher for 9 holes, without even asking. We will play the course again.

Seldom have I played a public course that has been so well maintained from begining to end. My experience, even though I have golfed the east course many times,, was exceptional. I was so happy to have been able to play here under these condition that I called the course superindendent, Brendon, and thanked him. Never done that befoere.

Nice fairways but they had just sanded greens. Snack shop woman very friendly and quick. Parking is not so good...

Course was in great shape, played in 4 hrs.

Nice place with good layout and good flow. We played twilight 18 holes a few days after a lot of rain, so there were many very wet patches and a lot of shaggy spots. I would enjoy playing here again BUT one thing did put me off: We were the last to leave, it was still light out on a Friday evening. I needed the rest room before getting on the road. We walked into the proshop where all employees were hanging out. I asked to use the restroom and was told "No, the restroom is locked." I'm looking at the bathroom door, no one would let me use it.. They were very keen to get out obviously. That's just poor customer care.

Tee'd off a little later than the tee time I had reserved. Pace of play was decent - backed up on all par 3's but at least the next holes were par 5's. The fairways and greens are in decent shape but the sand traps need a little work ( pretty typical). I like the layout of the course - some risk and reward, some easy and some difficult holes. All in all its a pretty fun course and definitely worth another visit

This course is well maintained considering the drought. I enjoyed the game very much.

Beautiful fall day to play golf. Arrived around noon time and we pretty much had the course to ourselves. This was quite surprising has the course has been maintained in excellent condition considering the drought we've had. Although there are Brown areas again considering the water problems in great shape. Love the Rollinghills on the West course. Mostly beautiful open fairways that fits my game.

Great day on the course. The greens had been plugged about a week ago, which necessitated two putt max, but the course is in very good shape in spite of the drought. $29 including cart is very good value. I would recommend the course, but I don't want a lot of people filling it up. It felt like our own private course yesterday.

Pace of play was excellent for a 12:32 tee off time; 18 holes in less than 3 1/2 hours. The course condition was excellent considering the drought

Fun course and very fair. Barely 6,000 yards at the tips but greens make you work for pars. Tricky layout, best to play with someone who knows the course which I did. Had to help another first timer find the correct green for #14.

Multiple groups of five made very slow play and delay on every hole.No Marshall was around.Most of the players took too long before each shot.It was miserable!

Conditions of the course we're not good and the staff was not helpful or friendly. There was a five some playing in front of us and they would not us play through so we had to go around them and only payed 17 holes. We were visiting the area and wanted to get a round in, so we found this course online and it sounded like a nice course. It did not live up to the reviews.

Good course....even though course was brown..I enjoyed my round. Not course fault they are dealing with drought like conditions.
