Course in great shape after heavy rains Thursday, drains nicely. As always the beverage crt woman Kelly was fantastic, great service with a smile.

The course is very nice, but the entire surroundings are being built around it with housing construction galore. Noise, and unattractive views take away from the overall experience. There is no clubhouse lounge yet (coming September 2024 we were told) and the on-course restrooms are not completely finished (I believe construction crews are using them and leaving them a mess). It will be two years before the massive housing effort is complete. Then, it will be nicer but the roads and likely the course will be overcrowded. They are building Lakewood Ranch in this community. I imagine the costs will skyrocket as well. Have to wait and see.

Course was an excellent condition
It was posted that the Greens had been aerated. The tropical storm that passed through must have done a fabulous job because the greens were excellent.
