About
Peacock Gap Golf Club extends along the shores of San Pablo Bay, but it sits inland enough to avoid the fogginess of the coast and enjoy consistently sunny weather throughout the year. The course's layout has undergone many renovations over the years that have brought it to its current playability, including a new drainage system, new tee boxes, a reshaping of five of the greens, and relocation of bunkers. The golf course kept the classic features of its original layout though, such as the inviting fairways that still provide a challenge and the tricky greens that deceptively extend past where the player thinks they end. In addition to the course, Peacock Gap has also improved their practice facilities over the years. There is an all-grass driving range, two large practice greens, and a chipping green.

Beautiful afternoon at the Gap
What a beautiful day to play golf, albeit a bit windy. I played with another single and a twosome who were very pleasant. Peacock Gap is another great William Bell layout, challenging but fair. I had a great time
So slow!
Perfectly nice not-very-difficult course. But the pace of play was so l slow! Balls were being shanked in all directions.. We were on a pace for a 5.5 hour round, so gave up after nine holes.
Great track
Been playing here for years, but this most recent round the conditions at PCG were excellent. Well worth the money. Greens rolled true and fairways were in great condition.
The course has a few challenges; some greens are quick and tricky, but overall the track is fair and flat. For any beginner and moderate golfer looking to up their game, I'd highly recommend.
Great course and staff
We had a great time playing this course. The course was in good condition and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would love to play here again. Well worth it.
Another round in paradise
Gorgeous day, blue skies, nice people and a pretty good round!
A cute short course with a clear layout.
This is a fun short course, great for working on your mid iron game. Nice amount of dog legs to make it more challenging than just a straight layout course (like Poplar Creek) Wish the "club house" was bigger, but it works.....it's quite tiny like entering a closet, but the staff is SUPER friendly and the food looks pretty good.
Great course
Peacock is a great course, it has a few challenging holes that make it very fun. Only bad thing is the split on tee times causes a few backups but it was a holiday so it’s to be expected.
Course condition ok (C+) , above average public course but $ on high side
The course layout is kind of fun, not a long course, not too difficult. Due to drought, the fairway is under par, but playable. At least they try to keep the green at good condition.
The $ is on the high side for this course, I can play the Arnold Palmer course (hiddenbrooke with the similar fee or sometimes lower) longer and more fun course
