About
Peacock Gap Golf Club extends along the shores of San Pablo Bay, but it sits inland enough to avoid the fogginess of the coast and enjoy consistently sunny weather throughout the year. The course's layout has undergone many renovations over the years that have brought it to its current playability, including a new drainage system, new tee boxes, a reshaping of five of the greens, and relocation of bunkers. The golf course kept the classic features of its original layout though, such as the inviting fairways that still provide a challenge and the tricky greens that deceptively extend past where the player thinks they end. In addition to the course, Peacock Gap has also improved their practice facilities over the years. There is an all-grass driving range, two large practice greens, and a chipping green.

Beyond Terrible for a Nice Course
I used to love this course. Somehow it was totally ruined in the last few years. The condition was terrible when we play yesterday. The fairways were lousy, bare spots and large patches of yellow grass area all over; roughs were overgrown without maintenance; greens are bumpy looked like they just punched holes.
Don't know what happened. It seems like they've run out of money and have no money for upkeep.
Stay away from this course. I am sad to write this review. Teeoff should give us a credit for a free round of golf.
Disappointing.
Geeze: just not what it was.
First: guy in shop stated fee not prepaid when it was a hot deal.
Then he stated didn’t include cart
Showed him receipt from golf now clearly showing it was.
He actually charged my partner but refunded
Perhaps new guy??
His response was “ok I’ll let you slide this time”

I want to compliment your staff at Peacock Gap. I witnessed a accident and caused us to miss our tee time. I know weekends are difficult to change tee times. I called 30 minutes before our 12:56 time and explained my situation. They moved my tee time back to 1:20pm and told me to be careful driving.
The course is in good condition tee boxes are in good condition. The fairways runs with little bare spots. The bunkers are good except that others are not raking it. The greens are fast except some pin placements were difficult for weekend golfers. There was a Marshall to help keep everyone in play.

Great track
Play this course every couple of weeks and it is kept in great condition by the team.
Pace of play is very often an issue and especially on weekends Marshall’s need to be more visible and vigilant.
Good course by muddy from rain
Overall it was good playing but some fairways were muddy so the golfballs were very dirty. Had to Wipeoff every hole. Played at 1pm, but finished 18 holes due to fast pace.
