75% Walkers 25% Cart Riders
I really enjoy this course but don't expect a fast round. 4 hours minimum is the fastest round possible due to everyone walking this course. This course is not set up for walking. There are many holes that you need to cross streets and community walking/biking lanes that it makes a 4 hour round turn into a 4.5 hour round, and you're playing fast. Aside from the pace of play, the course is very enjoyable. Just bring a 5 hour mindset and you should be okay.

Nice and flat but kinda long
Course wasn't bad pace was a bit slower than a normally paced round. 9th and 18th holes were unexpected but I enjoyed playing this track and will definitely be back.

Nice fairways....bad tee boxes
Great fairways, decent greens, but bad tee boxes. I don’t think a single tee box is flat. Also, tee box grass is like the rough in some of them. Not an issue when teeing up, but a problem when hitting an iron directly off the grass with no tee. The course is good, but pace of play was really bad. A really slow foursome in front of us wasn’t even the problem, it was the two groups ahead of them. A pair of us took 4 hours, 20 minutes to play all 18. Too long in my book. Overall like the afternoon rates and the quality of fairways.

Everything was well manicured and running smoothly, even with the Corona precautions in place.

First time play
The course was good. Had a lot of wet spots. Layout was good especially going through the neighborhood.

19 Holes
Fairways conditions are very good however the putting greens are not in good shape.

All is acceptable except they are too cheap to provide scorecards. Now printing cards on black and white paper. No excuse they could not order more ahead. I am in the printing biz so know what lead times are.

san ramon golf course
everything was good. the green needs some improvements such as repairing ball marks, and firmer green.

Good course
San Ramon is a good course with a challenging layout that is not too difficult.
The weather can get very hot in the Summer.
The pace of play was not very good today..
