Considering we Had a lot of rain the day before, the course was pretty good. Love the layout
New golfer
For the past 2 years, I’ve played inconsistently. Today I truly enjoyed my round of golf at Pointes South and will recommend my friends to check it out.
Bang for your buck
Seeing how time change is here we take every advantage and play 36. The first 18 we was waiting behind but not bad but the second 18 we flew. Can’t believe just how fast pace the second was. Not bad seeing how it’s not to far from my house
So much potential...
I’ll start with the pros: great course layout set in very pretty countryside views. Nice practice areas and range to warmup on
Now the Cons: Don’t bother booking a tee time, it’s a free for all on the first tee and zero regulation or priority given to anyone that may have one. The Greens ranged from somewhat decent to horrible and every hole was a guessing game of which variety you were going to get. With some more care and some money put back into the course, it could be something really special. I’ll give it another chance later in the year to see if they improve, but as of 4/5 as I write. Skip this one if u looking for a competitive round and I only would recommend for someone learning or teaching them the game.
Fun course
A great place to play. The facility is well maintained and looks great.
Great place to play
From the moment we got there we was greeted by staff in the parking lot. All the staff was friendly and go the extra mile to make your experience great. The facility is amazing and well maintained. I highly recommend visiting and experiencing the hospitality. I’ll definitely will be back.
Very nice course
This is one of my favorite courses in the Augusta area always in good shape priced very reasonably staff is super courteous
Usual outing
Staff is always friendly- pace is always good - every time I go I golf an extra (unplanned) 9.
Good for the money
The hardness and dryness on most fairways make the ball really run out The greens are good for this time of the year, a little inconsistent but not bad. The only real problem I had was the threesome that tees off in front of me and my partner ( even though we arrived at the tee first). They played from the yellow tees and we still waited on every hole. We even let a single pass is at the turn and they NEVER let him play through, even though no one was in front of them.
