Ok for the $23 spent.
Fairways need work, greens are a little fuzzy and EXTREMELY slow (but grown in with very few bad spots,) but for $23 with cart, it’s ok.
Signs
Need more directional signs to the next hole. It was confusing at times. Third time I have played this course in the last 5 years. Hard to remember where to go after finishing a hole.
Point South GC
Agree with the previous reviews course conditions are coming in except most of the fairways, there are some bare spots and bad lies on them but also some nice grassed areas generally a few feet away, for that reason I personally don't mind the fairways the way they are but they are also much better than earlier in the year. Greens rather slow but putt OK.
The greens were in the best shape I've ever seen them.
We play frequently and the greens had been punched and sanded a few weeks ago. Today they were in the best shape I've ever seen them. Very well done!! Course was in great condition!!
Great course, needs more signs!!
Course was great with multiple hazards and bunkers. Greens and tee boxes were in great shape. Only improvement would be to add more signage. After a lot of the holes there were multiple paths to take with no arrows or signs showing the way to go, went the wrong way more than once. Also the 12th hole is not labeled at all. Based on my gps app it was a straight par 4, after our first shot we realized it was a 90 degree dog leg left about 200 yards down.
What could be..
The course layout and greens were fairly nice, but the fairways and aesthetic were very underwhelming. There needs to be a “maybe” option for recommendations.. Not saying I wouldn’t return but it’s hard to justify trying to hit off dirt and hard ground in the middle of the fairway when there are other local courses similar in price with better playing conditions.
Little gem
This was the first time I played the course. I was very surprised by it. The layout is very good. The greens were in very good shape. I would definitely recommend this course and I will come back and play it again.
Beautiful Day For Golf
The weather was perfect and the course was great, I had one of my best rounds ever.
Don’t Play This Course
I played this course a few days ago and to my surprise, they are not taking Covid 19 precautions. In addition to that the course greens were in very poor conditions I.e., most of the greens had bare spots and the fairways were were ruff and very bumpy. But to top that off, the staff were rude and unprofessional. I give the course a four on a scale of 1-10.
