Good course with minor issues
This course has a good layout and the greens are in good shape! There are places fairways that could use a truckload of dirt while over seeding with rye to hold in place! The price is great and the people are friendly!
Good value
Great value for the $$. Some fairways need work. Greens were really good shape. Will play again because it's an excellent value.
Point south
Great course, always look forward to playing there... Scott has really turned it around, friendly staff. Best price on range balls!! Most places charge way to much...

First time playing here
Course looked GREAT! Fairways were cut perfect. Greens were true, slow on the front and quick on the back but could have been that the sun firmed them up a bit. With it being my first time it was difficult to see the layout from several tee boxes. Not many layouts were posted on signage. The Biggest drawback was pace of play. It was PAINFULLY slow. We waited on nearly every shot. If the pace was better, I would be a regular!
Pointe South
Have fun playing this course. Missed a few years btw03 an 16. New owner is a great guy works hard and is turning the course around. My wife ,a bunch of friends and I play there regularly. We love this course. Thanks Scott ,Robby, and Mike and rest of staff. Friendliest Staff in Augusta...Need to add Chilli for hot dogs.. Really is a fun course
No management
Had a 12:30 tee time. Two twosomes in front of us on first tee did not have tee times. We met a Marshall on the Second tee box. Very friendly, never saw him again during our five hour and fifteen minute round of golf. One group took 10 minutes looking for a ball in the woods. Many golfers had loud music playing in their golf carts. Overall not a good place to play golf. Many areas on fairways were washed out by recent rain storms with no visible effort to repair. Sand traps were hard and thin.
Don’t waste your money.
Enjoyed the course
Played Pointe South for the first time and enjoyed the round. The course was in good condition and I do plan on playing there again..
