Not a bad course but overall for $70 including tax and range balls, there are probably better options available locally. The rough is extremely penal, perhaps overly so depending on personal preference.

My biggest frustration on this particular day was the pace of play. I mentioned to the ranger that we were on pace for a 5+ hour round, he could not have been less interested.

First time back to Woodmont in over a year. I really enjoyed the course. Brought my attorney who was 2 under on the back nine.My sister and brother-in-law are visiting next month and, as always, want to play an excellent Atlanta golf course. Woodmont will be the course for their next visit Thanks.

Course was in good shape considering its August. Greens were a little rough but still rolled pretty true. StaFF was great especially the timeliness of the guy handing out ice cold towels!

I was met by Tony with a smile to load my clubs. Customer service was great everyone was friendly. Course was very challenging but fair. Played the Palmer tees. Greens were in great shape and everyone is repairing their ball marks

Although it seems remote when you are driving up to this course in Canton, once you arrive, I was immediately impressed by the well kept grounds and the large clubhouse. You can also see a number of holes as you drive in which always gets me excited to play! The practice areas are extensive but not overwhelming and the carts were my favorite part as they have some sort of fancy brown leather seats in all of them which is a nice feature that I've never seen before. The course is definitely fair and can be quite challenging on certain holes. I really enjoyed the layout, but it's definitely a course that your score would improve after a few rounds and some course knowledge. I would love to come back here again as it is definitely a country club atmosphere as there was multiple groups, old and young playing cards or having lunch in the recently updated clubhouse restaurant.

This was my first time at Woodmont and I thoroughly enjoyed the course. The fairways were in great shape and the greens were excellent. I especially enjoyed the layout on the par 3s. All were reachable for a short hitter which makes the experience fun. Great course that I could play everyday. Kudos to the grounds staff and the clubhouse employees.

Woodmont has some very challenging holes. Many of the greens have subtle breaks. The course is in the best condition that I have seen in the past year.

Course was in great shape for Summer, greens had recently been sanded but still rolled ok. John the cart attendant did a fantastic good, very friendly and helpful.

I would recommend this track and worth the drive out there. Very nice layout and fun course to play. The fairways and greens were in great shape.

This is a wonderful course, with very friendly staff and excellent amenities. The design provides the right mix of holes allowing for aggressive and defensive playing requirements. The greens run true.

The only downside, and it is significant, is pace of play. It is not enforced (at least for members), and you may find random players joining the foursome in front of you to become a group of 5, all while the ranger is riding along with them.

The ranger explained that they cannot do anything about pace of play or number of players in a group when it comes to their membership - so non member beware.

This is an absolutely wonderful venue. The course is beautiful, and in great shape. The greens were a little slow but that is to be expected since they are protecting them against this hot weather we have been experiencing. I would highly recommend this course to all golfers regardless of handicap.

I played a lot of golf here in the distant past, and always enjoyed the course. Have not played in a long time, but saw a great deal on line, and decided to play a round. Enjoyed the challenge, and the course very much. Has the feeling of a great private club, and a friendly staff and other players.

Challenging course. Great layout and the course is in great condition. Greens are true and quick. A lot of undulation so the are the most difficult part of the course. Would definitely go back.
