On the 14th tee. Kind of a blind drive over a hill. Fun hole. Photo submitted by u000006907181 on 06/28/2019

Different and Fun Course - Tons of Elevation Chages
This was my first time playing Country Land golf course. The course staff are very nice and friendly.
The course is very hilly which poses some challenges and lots of variety. The condition of the course were just O.K. for me. There was very little grass on the tee boxes and the fairways. Several times, I had to move my ball just to be able to hit from some grass even when I was in the fairway. However, for the price, I cannot complain too much.
This course is very different from the kinds I frequently play. Country Land has lots of blind shots and every hole is on the side of a hill, or going up or down a hill. So, even tee shots hit to the middle of the fairway, many times, do not have a good chance of staying on the fairway. Lots of elevation changes and elevated greens makes the course a challenge. The course is not expense at all so today, Monday, the course was jam packed with players and there was a lot of waiting on the groups ahead.
Due to the great amount of play the course gets, the greens are bumpy and inconsistent due to lack of grass on the putting surface. Due to the bumpiness, the greens are a real challenge as they are like many of the fairways (carved out of the side of a hill) so there were several times where I hit into the green but the ball rolled all the way off and down a hill due to the fact the greens have lots of slopes and drop offs.
Course staff are very cool. course is a bit quirky and lots of blind shots. Lots of elevation changes and elevated greens makes the course too difficult for the average or beginning player. course seemed too overloaded with players so we had a 3 hour round for 9 holes
Fun time worth the drive
Had great time. Good value. Course in decent shape. Greens a little bumpy.
A fun course to play!
A fellow golf YouTuber and I met there to film a course vlog (shameless plug: https://m.youtube.com/c/GregKortmanGolf) and we had a great time! They were busy, but handled it well. Super friendly staff, good carts, adequate amenities. This is during the COVID 19 crap, so we didn’t hang around and mingle. The course was in good shape and the greens were fast and pretty tough to read. There are huge elevation changes, some narrow fairways and many risk/reward shots. We are NOT good golfers, but we found the course to be fair and fun to play. I would definitely recommend this course. Oh, and my first video on this course should post on 4/30/2020.
Good First Round
This was my first time playing this course. I'm a beginner golfer and found this course to be very relaxed and perfect for a novice golfer. The course is very hilly which poses some level of difficulty. The condition of the course was fair, but for the price, it's hard to complain much. I would recommend this course, especially if you are a beginner or on a budget.
Father/Daughter Outing
Great day out with my 15 year old daughter......course was easy to navigate and staff was friendly and accommodating.
One of the best courses in Northeast Georgia
One of the best courses in Northeast Georgia and always a pleasure to play… !!!
Great Value!!
We had a great time playing here. Very friendly staff. Course is a bit of a challenge. Very hilly but the views are worth it. If we played it more often, we would play better. Lots of roll.
The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Nice outdoor area for dining with a view. It is casual.
Greens are bad. Very slow and bumpy.
First greens are too bumpy and can't make a decent putt.
No Marshall to check the flaw. We were 4some and 2some in front of us was slowing down the traffic. 2some hitting 3,4 balls into the woods and going in to look for them. After frustrating 7holes we called the club house and then the Marshall came out to warn them.
Great Golf Course
Love coming to Country Land...Very friendly people and a challenging course to play!
Country Land golf
Little crowded but like the course and people are
always real friendly.
Country Land Golf Course
This is a very hilly course with lots of difficult lies. It is not too long and for the most part you can be on green in regulation. The course and greens were brown when we played because it is not over-seeded for winter. Landscape with all the hills, valleys and trees makes a beautiful view from each hole and is worth the trip. My only recommendation is that the tees be marked better as the course layout is tricky the first time around and it's easy to get lost between holes.
Fun track
Awesome staff, awesome track,... will definitely be back.
