On the 14th tee. Kind of a blind drive over a hill. Fun hole. Photo submitted by u000006907181 on 06/28/2019

Country Land Golf Course
First time using golf now and I was very pleased. I will surely use it again. The course was good as a friendly game with buddies or being paired with someone.

Good course for the money. Greens could use a little work.WInter condiction was good.
Fun play
By far my favorite hole on this course was the # 12 par 3. 100 yards long over water. I would certainly come back for an inexpensive fun time.
Quirky, fun course at a price that can't be beat!
This course has more quirks than any other course around! But that's what makes it so fun. Built on top of and on two sides of a hill, the wind can knock your ball down or give it a long ride. Most all the greens are elevated and more often than not you can't see the green surface you'er hitting to. Laid out like a real golf course... not the typical sub-division course you find so often around Atlanta. If you like to scramble... this is your course. And the price can't be beat.
Needs lots of attention
The greens can't be real grass. They look synthetic. They do hold, but the roll is inconsistent and you can't judge the breaks. All the holes are jammed together so tight that if you get a little left or right, you are probably in the next fairway. Did like the layout of some of the holes, but really short and just looks like they ran out of room so they crammed 18 in as close as possible. But for $15 on a Sunday, golf is golf even on a bad course. You still have to hit shots.
good average course
Short par 4's. Decent scenery. Some holes and water look a bit dated. Great atmosphere. Very laid back and friendly. I would go back again.
Great to play for $15 from GolfNow weekday at 1 pm.

Great course
Great course for the money! New greens are in fantastic shape!
A lot of maintenance being done
A lot of maintenance being done. Stagnant ponds needed attention. Nice views from higher tee boxes.
Beautiful views
Although the course is not long, it can be a bit tricky with undulating fairways and changes in elevation. I'd suggest playing it a couple of times before you concern yourself with scoring. I found the course to be in great shape and the staff to be quite friendly.
Nothing fancy just a great deal.
Played this course many times over the year. It's our "go to " course when my wife and I just want to play and not spend a lot of $$. This was the first time playing here in about 1 year because the course was in rough shape and the greens were in awful shape. With the recent rains and the additional effort on the part of Countryland it is now a pretty decent little course. Very little water to come into play. Pretty wide open and a great course for the family especially when you have golfers of all different levels.
needs work
Very Very evident by the 3rd tee box. The rough is quite bad. This course could be very nice if the proper care was taken
This course is terrible
This course is in TERIBLE shape. The tees, the fairway, and the greens are in terrible shape! Do not golf here!!
Much improved!!!!!
Country Land is in great shape! All of the greens have been replaced and are growing in. They have taken some rain damage that they are working on, but it's a great value for the money!
short course with lots of twists and turns
The greens were painted green, this summer all grass is doing great why not the greens here. Weeds in fairways. Very narrow small greens and very hard. Narrow mediocre fairways.
I would only play this course again if I lived near it as it is better than just hitting balls.
This course needs some work
Navigating around this course can be confusing your first time out. There were a few areas that needed some work and probably needed to be closed off. All in all for the price not a bad course.
Great for the price
Haven't played Country Land in over a year and I was pleased to see it looking in very good condition and despite the recent greens aeration, for the most part putts rolled okay.
As an ametuer player, this course is challenging because it's got some moderate height extremes, especially on the front nine. The first three holes are especially unique in that tee shots either go from low to high or high to low to the green.
I'd okay it again.
Almost there, becoming really nice , hate to blow my secret,,but....
Over the last 3.5 yrs I have played over 40 rnds at Countryland. My main reason for playing there so much was the cost (18 holes on GolfNow @ 13.00-19.00) so I did not care if the bunkers were sandless, or if the carts were ultra slow (play there and you will understand why this is a problem) or the fairways were lacking grass. Over the last 6-8 months Major changes have happened, new carts, new landscaping, and the best upgrades were just completed GREENS. I played there 7/24 and was amazed how much has happened in the last 4-5 wks since last time I played there. Fairways and tee boxes are now covered with manicured grass, greens on the back nine need another week to fully come in but the front 9 are pristine and rolling true. Trees have been removed to open up the greens, paths fixed, bunkers (except on # 17 which will be done soon) are full of sand, and the staff is Always friendly. My secret is out now, for the dollar , this lil challenging course is unmatched in N Georgia. My under 3 hrs play time just moved to over 4.
Excellent.
Very Nice Course, Value for the Money.
Can't wait to play again!!!
A Challenging Course
Because of the undulating nature of the course and rather small greens this was a very challenging course. I cut my teeth on this course when I started to play about two years ago and my improvement was evident as the course allows you to focus on strategy as well as skill.
An enjoyable afternoon!
