West Pines Golf Club

The course is in good shape as the fairways are "greening up". Greens remain medium fast but are firm on approach shots. Going over the back of most greens is a problem.

Greens are great tee boxes are perfect and the cart path is not all torn up!!! I’ve played here about 6 times and I would recommend this course to anyone.

This course has came a long way and the greens are absolutely pure right now and only going to improve on into the summer time.

Greens are in the best condition vs. other local courses. Speed is medium fast. Our difficulty (very challenging) was reading the greens: putting for an expected break that didn't break, and likewise, putting for a straight line had unexpected breaks. Let's blame the grain!

Overall condition was excellent, especially for this time of the year. Well worth the trip to the "west" of Atlanta.

The course was in great shape and the green were beautiful. The cart girl was driving around frequently and had great service. The club house attendant was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this course. I be back.

New carts and friendly staff. The back nine is definitely tougher than the front. The course is in good shape considering the weather and the time of year. Will definitely play again!

Great course. First time playing. Our 3 some was paired with course veteran thank goodness. Only complaint is too many holes where you can’t hit driver that leave crazy long approaches. Really tough course. Great staff.

First time playing at this golf course. It is winter time so the fairways are dormant but found to be in good condition. The greens were being well maintained. The course is hilly with considerable amount of walking. There are some challenging holes especially it being the first time there. I would not hesitate to go play again. Well everything greens up the course should be awesome.

It is clear that West Pines has been taken every measure to keep their course rolling this winter. If you are looking for a challenging layout with smooth Bermuda greens, West Pines is the course. I’m almost reluctant to write this review because I don’t want anyone to know about it but it’s too good not to share. Worth the drive from Atlanta any day.

Field marshals were rude and inconsiderate not everyone is a pro golfer and by hole 14 we a party of 3 were only 11 minutes behind pace due to learning but they still rushed us and the last 5 holes sucked!! due to no longer being able to concentrate and rush hitting
