Hole location
Seems like whenever the greens are fast, the holes are cut on top of ridges so a near miss becomes a 10 foot comeback putt. Frustrating.
Fantastic course
Awesome course. Difficult to play blind because of the changing elevations and not really knowing what exists beyond a limited sight range. Great layout, interesting and challenging.
Best Golf Course in the Southeast!
When you are down in Southwest Georgia don't miss a chance to play this course. The fairways and greens are always in the best shape around. I live in this area and have access to many Golf courses and Meadow Links is my absolute favorite. The friendly staff in the Pro Shop will make you feel that great southern hospitality. When you get there tell Bo I said hey!
Great course.
We played this course on Hot Deals three days in one well. It was a little busy on Sunday just had some young beginners in front of us. We had a great time every time. Greens are really good which are hard to get used to, but we had a blast every time we played.
Fun course
Played in Feb. So winter conditions (not much green) but course in ok condition for Feb. Had rained so most bunkers were unplayable. Overall had a great day and would love to play course in the summer.
Meadowlinks is top notch A+
Wonderful scenic course, great conditions and well kept greens. Staff can’t be beat, always on top of things and never had 1 issue all the years I’ve played here. I regularly drive 90 minutes to play the track and would play it weekly if closer to home. Give the pro shop gentlemen a raise, best in the business. Always professional and courteous.
Can't get much better
Love playing here. A little out if the way, but so worth the drive.
A Nice Course
What a pleasant surprise, even though previous reviews indicated that it would be nice. An excellent layout that requires left/right ball movement on several holes. For winter play the greens were surprisingly well kept. Fairways are wide off the tee, although there are a good number of strategically placed fairway bunkers. The only thing that keeps this from being a five-star value corse is the condition of the bunkers. Well designed deep faced bunkers but definitely in need of work. For the cost of play, one of the best I’ve played. Highly recommend.
Always enjoy Meadow Links at Bagby
This is one of my favorite courses, even though it is over an hour away. It is so far from everywhere that I feel like I am away from the hustle and bustle. The layout is links style, and can be quite challenging if you miss fairways. I will always take the opportunity to visit Meadow Links.
Great course
Staff is absolutely the best in customer service! Course is kept impeccable! Great views!
Best course!!
Meadow Links is the best golf course in my area. We feel so fortunate to have a course of this caliber so close to home. I have been playing Meadow Links since the opening day and even though I live 30 minutes away, I consider it my home course.
Fun course in beautiful area
Course in good condition, greens are slow but pretty smooth. The area is beautiful, there’s lots of wildlife and y’all grass to make you work hard on accuracy.
Great Value
The course has a very forgiving yet fun layout. It has enough character to keep it interesting but not enough to make you frustrated around the greens. They punched the greens a few days before our round, but will definitely be making the 1.5 hour drive back once they've had time to heal to give it another go!
Great Course
My husband and I play at Meadow Links a couple of times a month. We make the 1.5 hour drive on a regular basis. The course is so much fun to play. It is always well kept. Bo and Trey are always super friendly. If it were a little closer to home we would play there every week.
Love the layout
We stayed in the lodge and played 3 days in a row. We played 45 holes on Saturday. The pace of play was excellent all 3 days. The course was in great shape for this early in the year. We were left alone to play golf , which is what we wanted. I would play this course again anytime and highly recommend it if you get the chance. A great golf weekend
Nice course for the money
Only problem we had was that a group of slow golfers in front of us would not let us through the entire back nine..... May need a marshal on busy days to keep pace of play up.
