About
Collins Hills Golf Club is a little known course to outsiders, but it is a local favorite. The traditional parkland layout tumbles across a rolling terrain. The golf course features small, undulating greens and narrows fairways bordered by towering trees. The layout demands accuracy especially with the numerous sand bunkers that have been incorporated into the design. Several ponds and lakes are scattered across the course, coming into play on seven holes. The layout has its challenges but it is still gentle enough to accommodate a variety of different skill levels. Before playing, golfers can warm up on the driving range or utilize the other practice facilities. Collins Hills Golf Club's atmosphere definitely plays a role in the club's popularity, offering all of the amenities of a private club with a casual and friendly setting

Coming off winter so coarse was as expected. Good hole layouts. Always enjoy playing here.

The greens are terrible and the course still has drainage issues. Too much money for the condition of the course.

Weekday afternoon, horrible pace of play
Pace of play was awful. Weekend rates are ridiculous for how bad of shape this course is in. Good value for a weekday twilight tee time if you’re willing to risk not finishing and don’t care about quality of greens

Golf
Course was fun. I hadn't played it in a couple of years. The par 3 on the back nine was tough. Balls like to go back down the hill. Staff was very friendly even though I was wearing a Tennessee shirt.😉 The cart girl could have come by more often, but I remember when you didn't have one. I will definitely be back.

You get what you pay for....and maybe less.
Course looks awful. Cart paths destroyed. 19th green could use some weed eating literally. Driving range is a joke. Could be a nice place if someone cared.

Staff is super nice and helpful. The older gentlemen checking for receipts was super professional and went out of his way to be accommodating. Unfortunately, the Greens can use a little work (a few weeds present made things bumpy) and sand traps can use some sand (guess I'm not supposed to be there). Lastly, I can understanding not having a marshal if its not financially feasible, but maybe an employee can ride out periodically to make sure golfers are playing at a decent pace. I got stuck behind two
foursomes that were slowing down the pace for everyone. I can sacrifice a few things for being treated respectfully. Overall, I'll return and invite friends.

Course was in terrible shape. Slow pace of play! Never going back!!

Cart path on 18 is pretty much gone. Tee box is just mud

First Time Playing Here
It’s a nice course. I wouldn’t recommend playing the course until the spring. The tee boxes are in very ruff shape and the fairways are SUPER quick. It’s a challenging course. The putting greens are in fantastic shape. Worth the money just in the putting greens. It’s a nice course, I would just wait for the spring to play it again.

1st and last
The layout was ok. I enjoyed the blind shots and the dog legs. The condition of the course was horrendous. Fairways was rough and all the greens had dips and bare spots. For $60 I expected much more. Cart paths felt like we are off roading. Never again.
