About
Collins Hills Golf Club is a little known course to outsiders, but it is a local favorite. The traditional parkland layout tumbles across a rolling terrain. The golf course features small, undulating greens and narrows fairways bordered by towering trees. The layout demands accuracy especially with the numerous sand bunkers that have been incorporated into the design. Several ponds and lakes are scattered across the course, coming into play on seven holes. The layout has its challenges but it is still gentle enough to accommodate a variety of different skill levels. Before playing, golfers can warm up on the driving range or utilize the other practice facilities. Collins Hills Golf Club's atmosphere definitely plays a role in the club's popularity, offering all of the amenities of a private club with a casual and friendly setting

The course was in average condition, but cart paths need repair work.

Rough condition
very rough condition. Tee boxes dirt, rough is leaves and rocks, grass starting to get green in fairways. My cart broke down. Greens like winter greens.

Perfect First Time Experience
This was my first round of golf (9 holes ) @ Collins Hill Golf Course. Besides the weather being absolutely perfect, the staff was professional, accommodating and friendly. The course was in good shape and was not too difficult to score well. I will definitely schedule another tee time in the near future.

The only improvement that is needed are the dart paths. The course is very fun and has a good personality. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Horrible conditions of the course, bad draining system, maintenance not kept up! Cart path between 13-18 is horrible broken up! It was not worth the price I paid at all! This place needs major attention or to be sold to someone that will rehab it

Pace of Play
People need to be more aware of their pace of play, so everyone is moving at a good speed. That said, not looking too long for balls hit in the woods.
