Course was great, greens were in awful shape

They must have lost their greens recently. All of them were 1/2 sand, and in pretty bad shape.

The rest of the course was great though. Staff was fantastic, tees/fairways/bunkers were all in great shape. Loved the layout and it was a fun course. If I’m back in the area I would definitely play it again, hoping their greens have recovered.

The layout is great

The course layout is great. I wish I could say the same about the conditions of the greens.... Every green except maybe 2 looked like you're hitting out of a bunker (even though punched mid June). The course condition other than the greens was flawless, so I'm not sure where the disconnect is... This is not the first time I've experienced the greens being awful at this club. I came this season to play it and was just as terrible as it was in the past... The course has serious potential, but the greens are refund worthy. I've played this course numerous times over the last 10 years, and the last 2-3 years have been poor quality greens. I would not recommend the course to locals, even at a hot deal rate.

Sandy greens

The greens were atrocious. Staff said the snow/freeze this past winter did the damage. They were rotted from the run off and barely any grass except for #6.

Wasted potential

I’ve played this course multiple times and have always enjoyed the course layout. It’s a really decent track and makes you use most clubs in the bag. But today….the greens were absolutely TERRIBLE!!! The worst greens I’ve ever seen, i could understand if a storm or natural occurrence caused but this is solely because neglect. These greens were not being aerated; i could’ve accepted that. This was pure neglect. Second issue occurred at the turn. My buddy wanted a snickers but since the bar didn’t open until 10am, he couldn’t have it. It was literally right behind the register and they wouldn’t sell it to him. Even when he offered to pay double. I’m not sure why you book early tee times if you don’t expect anyone to want anything at the turn at 9. You’d have to pay me to play here again. Fire the management and especially the greens keeper…

They have no clue

So they recently aerated their dirt greens. Great. I’m sure all that extra sand will really help bring the nonexistent grass back to life. Not.

This is a $25 course. If you pay more than that you’re getting scammed. Just awful.

Fine for the money, but condition is gone.

I’ll start with the positives, club house was well kept, staff were exceedingly friendly, and price was reasonable.

Fairways are in above average shape, you won’t find yourself in too many spots of dead grass or ground under repair, puddles etc, and it plays well.

Now the bad, I have not played on worse greens in years, 50% of all greens surface area of each hole is destroyed, dirt, sand, divots, you name it, it’s borderline un-puttable. And the other 50% that actually is grass, is overgrown. The cart paths are beyond repair, you’re driving over the surface of the moon, dirt to roots to massive slabs of concrete destroyed on every hole. Pray for your spine riding over those.

Overall I paid like $33 for 18 and a cart, had fun, and get what I pay for, albeit, I normally pay that price on nearby other courses and get a much much higher value for the dollar.

This course is in the condition of a local muni, pays, and plays like one, nothing more so you know what you’re getting yourself into.

Greens are still terrible and don't appear to have had any work done to them. This is the third time I've played here this year and the greens are not improving. Starting some work on the cart paths which is well needed also.

Greens,green,greens

I love this course when the greens are good. I am not sure what's going on but most of the greens are very bad. Tee boxes and fairways are in really good shape but the greens just ruin it. I am sure they are working hard on this but until they are in better shape I would not recommend.

Worst greens ever

Friendly staff but the greens are the worst greens I have ever played on. Like playing on a bumpy cart path or a road in a third world country. Save your money and go to a better course
