Back in the Day
Likely a very nice course when it opened. But, it needs major upgrades especially to the cart paths. The cart paths are uneven and broken in many pieces mostly due to tree roots. Course just came across as tired and Club Corp just doing the minimum to keep it open.
Pace of play was great on the front at 1.5 hours but backed up on the back nine at holes 13/14 due to many blind shots and short holes.
Played on a Tuesday which must have been maintenance day as there was lots of mowing activity. Several holes had grass clumps from mowing the grass too long and not from wet conditions as there has been no rain for 6 days.

Good for the Twilight Rate
We had a fun time playing this course. I would’ve been a little upset if we paid the $65 rate to play this course due to some of the conditions, but for $35 we felt it was worth it. Tee boxes were a bit hard, some rough was overgrown, but greens were solid and traps were in great condition. By our post 2pm tee time they didn’t have any carts out so we had to wait a few minutes to get two pulled out of the cart barn. Our carts were not cleaned out and the parking brake also wasn’t working on one of the two. You might need a trip to the chiropractor after driving through the cart paths as well. They had water every few holes on most of the course except one was empty on the back 9. Pace of play for our threesome started out really fast (1hr 20mins) front 9, and the back 9 was definitely slower needing to wait on a couple groups in front of us (2hr 30mins).
TLDR; Overall it was a challenging but fun course and we’d come back again for the same $35 price tag.

Short but not easy
The course is surprisingly short at just under 5500 yards from the white tees, but it's not easy. There are a few blind tee shots and you need to leave the driver in the bag on a couple holes. The course was in very good shape and the greens were fast. They had more than one marshall to keep play moving, but they weren't reallly needed. Will play here again.

Slow Greens
Fairways were green & looked good; balls can get lost in rough as we have had a lot of rain. Disappointed in the slow greens. I know wet ground part of the reason, but still...

Be careful of reviews
This course is in need of a lot of maintenance as evidenced by roped off areas throughout the playable areas. My playing partner and I were forced to move our balls off exposed rocks and sand cover in the fairways. The tee boxes were pathetic. We should have known what to expect after hitting the driving range. I can't believe the previous ratings as this course is at best a 2 star course. The only saving grace were the greens that were in decent shape. This was the first and last trip to this course.

Really Nice Course
This was my first time playing this course and I enjoyed it. The course is well maintained and overall a nice course. They serve food and alcohol in the clubhouse, and the staff is very friendly. This course is very hilly and the difficulty level for me was a little tough as a beginner due to all of the hills. However I definitely want to play here again!

The greens were almost healed from aeration. In two weeks (probably one week) they will be rolling smoothly.

Good for the money
The greens where good/true but a little slow. The course was pretty well maintained overall. Wish they served more than beer/wine and REALLY wish the clubhouse stayed open a little later. Made the turn and the clubhouse was closed :(
