Pick up the pace
Very nice course, greens were in great condition. The pace of play is terrible. This is my second time within a month the pace of play is very slow. Too many non-skilled foursomes that slow of groups behind them. It is hard to get into a tempo when you are waiting 10 - 15 minutes per swing while others in front look for their lost balls. Hiring a marshall to speed up the pace.
Need to use every club
The course required you to use every club and the greens ran true so you had to put aggressively.

Course greens are great and tricky. The course allow you to use most of your clubs. The price is great.

Jase(sp?), The pro shop team member shared great customer service and was very accommodating. A few holes had grass piled up in the fairways. The back 9 was in better shape than the front. I believe Southland could be a premier golf destinations with some additional TLC! Thanks, great day at the course!

Beautiful Course
The course is beautiful. The greens are nice. The fairways are pretty good and challenging. For the price you cannot beat it. The only thing that needs work are the sand traps but we have had a lot of rain. This course was pretty nice. If you are looking for pristine and perfect you should go where you will pay way more. We enjoyed this course very much.

Awful.
Didn’t get to play because of a torrential downpour and was not given a rain check. Course looked terrible. Staff was not helpful. Won’t be back.

Cheap golf alternative to Stone Mountain courses
The price was right and the course was wide open. The greens were above average. The fairways could use some seeding to promote more growth. It’s a fun, hilly course. The staff were nice and accommodating. It just seems like a little TLC would turn Southland into a great place to play.

First time playing Southland
I have several friends who play Southland often and they have always recommend I play there. I don't know why I waited so long because this course is almost in my backyard. For sure I'll be playing there again!

Poor
Course was very poor. Sand traps We’re not sand they were hard clay. Grass wasn’t cut and couldn’t tell where the fair way was on some. Very disappointed

Got kicked off the course at 730
The management kicked my group off the course at 730. The sun sets at 855 and i was kicked off on hole 15. This place sucks and the management is a bunch of cheap cucks.
