Cart was broken the support that holds the roof was broken and just hanging off the cart leaving exposed rusty metal. Cart would no go full speed. Stray dog on the first tee followed us all the way down until the second hole. Called the club house they said someone would be out and no one ever showed up. Pace of play was horrible 5.5hrs to play.

Can’t beat the value for the hot deal price. Same fairways spotty Year after year but most in good condition. Greens in good shape and roll true. Love that it’s10 minutes from me and can always count on getting a round in under 4 hours.

Greens in pretty good shape but spongy and slow. Several fairways were splotchy and bare in patches. Layout is good. Course has a lot of potential if properly maintained. Worth playing for the amount I paid.

We decided to play on one of the hottest days of the year and did pretty well considering the greens were very fair and read true

For being summer and hot the course is really green, pace is great. Great time

The condition of the course was good considering that it’s summer. The tee boxes are OK. The fairways are pretty nice. And the greens are actually very good. The best thing about this course is the pace of play it can be played in just over two hours on a cart. Most of the holes are relatively easy. But all that being said it’s a very fun course to play very playable and very user-friendly. We will go there again soon !

The course staff is great! The holes in view from the clubhouse look great. Be advised, there will be times where you hit a perfect tee shot and wind up in dirt.

If you're picky about your courses, I would steer clear. If you're just trying to get a nice quick round in, why not.

"Snack Bar" is as minimal as you can think. Granola bars, hot dogs and beer.

It's worth the hot deal price, but not more.

Also, a younger guy with a hat and sunglasses on kinda copped an attitude lol

I dropped a golf ball after our round, and it rolled down a long tunnel. So, I got back in our cart, and went to retrieve it. When I got back, he says "You can't just take a cart my guy." LOL I told him we just finished playing, and he said "Ok that's fine" lol No apology or anything

This course is pretty great. If they could get a 20-40k loan to fix the fairways on hole number 8, 15, and I’m blanking on the third one, then this course would be top tier. The layout and overall design is very well done and challenging yet scorable. The tee box’s and greens are perfect and the fairways are great for 75% of the course. The best part is the value, they could easily be charging more and they probably should so they could fix those fairways. I love this course
