Paradise Valley Golf Course
About
Paradise Valley Golf Course was voted the top course in Solano County and it is considered one of the best values in the North Bay area. Mature oaks line the fairways and meandering creeks wander across the course, coming into play on nine holes. It is a good course for walkers but it is still quite a challenge from the back tees. Club selection and ball placement are equally important. Paradise Valley Golf Course's signature hole is the par-5 10th. It requires a trio of accurate shots beginning with a well placed tee shot just short of the lake that sets you up for the second shot. You will have to make it past a ravine and a massive oak tree in order to make it to the green, which is protected by both sand and grass bunkers.

Great course to play
good course to play with ur wife and sons and grandsons a little of everything for everyone
Too Slow
$29 with a cart on a Sunday? Nice layout reviews. Aerated special? No problem. Took a chance on a great deal and drove 90 minutes to Fairfield on a pleasant Sunday. We expected it would be slow, but this was ridiculous. 5+ hours and we quit at sundown on the 15th hole. No marshal. They should double the price and halve the tee times. Otherwise, a nice, enjoyable course with wide, forgiving fairways. Good drink cart. Nice greens and tees. Shame it was so slow.
Over baring and disrespectful Marshall’s
Everything started off great. From clubhouse to starter Until the third hole where the Marshall drove around jumped out of his cart and Bee lined to our handicapped veterans cart whom pulled on to the grass next to the tee box. Mind you this was an uphill tee box with a pretty steep slope and no stairs.
Good day
Got chilly by the end of 5 hour round. Played with a great family and almost finished 18 but it’s getting dark earlier now. Great bargain due to aeration so sandy greens were expected.
Even with aeration worth the money
Course is challenging and was in great shape despite aeration a few days prior to play
Great PRICE!
Happened to look at prices and saw that it was only $25 cart included. Couldn't pass that up at this course. They were priced there because they had just airratted the greens. Because of that, the green were completely subpar. Almost impossible to putt.
Other than that, and on any other day, the course was amazing. Great Day, To Play
Paradise October
Greens were aerated, but the rest of the course was excellent.
A little paradise
This course will not disappoint, even at this time there redoing every green for the winter time, the ball rolled great. the fairways were cut very well, so when you hit a great tee shot its gonna roll out further. The greens keeper and crew are doing a great job.During this pandemic they are taking precautions for there customers safety. The views are wonderful.Come and Play⛳
My favorite course
Paradise Valley was a good fit for me from the first time I played there. Despite the fact that the greens were being worked on -- which I already knew going in -- that didn't matter. It's a very fun course with some very tough spots. I can't wait to go back.
Great times
Always have a great time playing this course. One of my favorite!
Going back to a favorite golf course.
The played very slow but with the Covid-19 crowd, it's to be expected. I had a great time meeting some very nice people.
Nice course - shame about the slow play
We had a fun round of golf at Paradise Valley, but it was possibly the slowest round I have ever experienced. 5 hours and 17 minutes is waaaay too long - especially as we did see marshals out on the course from time to time. Well, on the front 9, at least.
We had hoped to eat out on the patio, but the slowness of the round meant that we missed the 7pm cut-off, which was frustrating.
The course itself was in decent condition and the greens were relatively fast. The bunkers were obviously unraked, but there was enough sand in those I visited to make proper bunker shots an option. Definitely worth a play if you can get round it a bit more quickly.
Fun Course but Too Wet
The course was fun and challenging, but just too wet. I assumed it was because of the nearby wildfires, but spoke with others that said the course is always kept this wet. If they would dry it out a little, I would love to play it again, but if not, I don't think I'll come back. Also hear that Rancho Solano is similar with soaked fairways that basically just allow your drive to plug with no rollout. The clubhouse staff was very friendly and helpful, but the F & B staff at the clubhouse that we came across...not so much.
good for the money
wide fairways, good conditioned greens, good tee boxes.
