Paradise Valley Golf Course
About
Paradise Valley Golf Course was voted the top course in Solano County and it is considered one of the best values in the North Bay area. Mature oaks line the fairways and meandering creeks wander across the course, coming into play on nine holes. It is a good course for walkers but it is still quite a challenge from the back tees. Club selection and ball placement are equally important. Paradise Valley Golf Course's signature hole is the par-5 10th. It requires a trio of accurate shots beginning with a well placed tee shot just short of the lake that sets you up for the second shot. You will have to make it past a ravine and a massive oak tree in order to make it to the green, which is protected by both sand and grass bunkers.

Slippery Bridges
It’s nice that you have signs to warn people from slipping. It protects the course from getting sued. It would be highly appreciated if you put some traction on the bridges , so people would not accidentally slip, and break their arm like I almost did !
Fairway is good condition but greens are so so...!!
This course is well maintained.
This course is one of my favorite golfing place. Overall rating is great.
Nice place
The course was dry in a lot of places. The like the layout but some water on the fairways would have made nicer conditions
Hot!
Temperature was hot but my score hotter! Two birdies, front and back for an 83!
Stuck behind a slow group
We got stuck behind a slow group of 4 we were 2 :( it’s was 102 degrees so I felt like they should’ve let us go but it didn’t happen. Course is in ok shape some brown spots on every fairway. Kinda bugs me courses everywhere aren’t taking a few bucks off their green fees when the course isn’t in its best shape
I love this course
I’m hesitant to give a great review, only because I relate this to giving up your best fishing hole. But I’m going to anyways. Paradise Valley is a beautiful course, beautifully maintained, and the staff is great. They do a great job keeping everything Covid-compliant and clean. Grabbed a burger at the turn, it was delicious. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
Revisit since last year
I returned to the course a year after I last played there. The greens were in very good shape, fairways had several brown areas, some marked with white boundaries, possibly because of a tournament that played there. The course is fairly flat, but the prevailing winds create a challenge when playing into the wind. We were able to play in a little over 3 hours, which was great. Will return in the not to distant future.
Fantastic
I had the opportunity to play this course for the very first time. It is well maintained and we'll worth the money to play. I was the first to tee off at the back end of a tournament. I eventually caught up to the tail end of the tournament at the 10th hole. The first 9 holes took about 1 hour. Once I caught up to the tourney group, the back 9 took 3 HOURS!! Way too long, even with the slow tourney golfers.
Other than that, it was an absolutely great experience golfing. I use the driving range 3-5 times a week, and now will be using the course at least once every couple of weeks. .The Fairways were spot on and bunkers were good. These were the fastest greens I have ever played in. Just tap the ball and it flies across the green.
Play this course whenever you get a chance! We'll worth the cost!
