Paradise Valley Golf Course
About
Paradise Valley Golf Course was voted the top course in Solano County and it is considered one of the best values in the North Bay area. Mature oaks line the fairways and meandering creeks wander across the course, coming into play on nine holes. It is a good course for walkers but it is still quite a challenge from the back tees. Club selection and ball placement are equally important. Paradise Valley Golf Course's signature hole is the par-5 10th. It requires a trio of accurate shots beginning with a well placed tee shot just short of the lake that sets you up for the second shot. You will have to make it past a ravine and a massive oak tree in order to make it to the green, which is protected by both sand and grass bunkers.

Excellent Course
I consider this my home course and I play here about once a week. Friendly staff, course is always in great shape, pace of play is determined on how popular the course is that day (the marshals do a very good job at keeping it going), and the food is amazing.
Good day and challenge course
Enjoyed a day with colleagues. The day was not too hot. The course was in the good condition. Played with another 2 friend local members.
First time here
The course has a nice layout with some challenging doglegs and some decent par threes. Pretty flat which is great for walkers. It was a hot day and there was some standing water due to heavy watering to combat the heat. It didn’t hinder play or affect driving distance much. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone.
I love Paradise Valley GC
This is my favorite course. It is very well taken care of and all of my experiences there have been fantastic. Just wished it was a little cheaper. I would play more, that’s for sure.
Paradise Valley
Great course but pace of play too slow. The Marshall's both disappeared after the first hole.
25 years later
We have been playing this course since 1993 and it is consistently in good shape. The greens were pretty good, some wet spots but still had pace. We'll be back soon.
Beautiful scenic course, terrible course condition
This course has potential to be a top notch course. The stress and scenery is beautiful. Most of the cart path is dirt and gravel, which kicks up tons of dust. The course has no markings or signs to direct golfers from hole to hole and because of the course layout, seemingly carts pop out from everywhere and crossed partially into my fairway. The fairway was dry and alot of bare dirt spots and many areas of the green was sun burned.
The food was barely adequate, not some place that I would eat at again. No cart service.
The Good parts- descent pace of play, rather inexpensive and course layout is kind of fun.
Honestly, I dont think I would okay here again.
A great course
Course was in great shape, but a tad pricey on the weekends. Better rates during the week if you can play.
Horrible pace of play and staff wants you to accept it
So other day we booked an afternoon time 3:30 or so. We experienced what seemed like the worst pace of play ever from the first hole on. We called for a Marshall at like the 6th hole and while they said they’d send someone we never saw any Marshall. We got to the turn and asked for a rain check to come back, they don’t have a policy for this so the answer was a hard NO. The golf pro (Chris I think) steps in to discuss the issues and basically just wanted us to accept that slow play can’t be dealt with, course gets busy and on and on about how hard it is to run a course etc. My gripe was explained - this ALWAYS happens here always. They don’t address it. They take your money and don’t offer and compensation to make you feel valued and to WANT to return. They didn’t offer us a raincheck, no discount to return, no offer of a free range bucket, or discount on anything to try and earn our business to come back. Basically they said go play the front 9 again as though that was a fair trade. To me it was not. I always get annoyed playing here for the simple reason of horrible pace of play which is never dealt with and they NEVER make you feel like a valued customer. The course is nice but I’d rather play somewhere else where the service matches the course....
GPS course system taken out I?
They took out the small monitors of all of the carts.
This really helped set the course apart from other courses. But this wouldn’t be an issue if they had actually distance markers you could see. Out of the 18 holes, maybe 3 of them I could actually find a distance marker. Why pay the steep price if the little things like markers can’t even be there?
Outstanding conditions.
Paradise has been my local course for as long as I’ve been alive (21 y/o) & I’ve never had the privilege of playing until as of recent. I assume pricing & availability of tee times was the turn off & rightfully so this course is popular to the community & beautifully taken care of & well serviced. 10/10 for a twilight Tee Time.
First time at Paradise Valley
Course was in excellent condition, greens were a bit slow but rolled true, nice wide fairways, pace of play was slow due to a slow walker in front of us. Would definitely play here again when the weather is cooler.
A Summer Day At Paradise
Wonderful round today at Paradise Valley GC. I joined a single and we were joined by a twosome. It was a warm morning and a hot day. We finished just before noon and it was 96°F!
