Paradise Valley Golf Course was voted the top course in Solano County and it is considered one of the best values in the North Bay area. Mature oaks line the fairways and meandering creeks wander across the course, coming into play on nine holes. It is a good course for walkers but it is still quite a challenge from the back tees. Club selection and ball placement are equally important. Paradise Valley Golf Course's signature hole is the par-5 10th. It requires a trio of accurate shots beginning with a well placed tee shot just short of the lake that sets you up for the second shot. You will have to make it past a ravine and a massive oak tree in order to make it to the green, which is protected by both sand and grass bunkers.

Great course for the money
First time playing this course very nice great price on GolfNow and rental clubs good rice and not bad to play with. Enjoyed our round.
Excellent condition and facilities for a muni course
Always enjoy playing at Paradise Valley. A few weeks ago after the biblical proportions of rain I was amazed at the condition of the course!!! The grounds crew does an excellent job maintaining the course. Yesterday's round didn't disappoint me. Fairways were great and greens rolled pretty good. I'll definitely be back. Wish I was a Fairfield resident!!
Slow day
We played a 5 hour round on a Tuesday after paying full price. When I asked at check in I was told everything was moving along good. Not so as we waited behind four foursomes at the 3rd hole.
Nice course, slow play.
Pace was horrible. Waited to tee off on nearly every hole.
Paradise!!!
After the large amount of rain we had received in the past few weeks the course was very playable and really in very good condition All Things Considered!!!! The driving range which they use as a floodplain in instances of excessive rain was closed still and should be considered, prior to going!!

Chilly and Dry
I played another course a few days ago and it was very wet and soggy. This course was in great shape for the winter conditions and played well.

Course in relatively good shape despite recent rains.
Thought I might run into a lot of soft ground but overall course drainage appears to be good. Sand traps in great shape.
beautiful weather
Thought we would have a delay because of fog. Got to the course and it was beautiful, sun was out and shining, no wind, and very few ppl out at 0730 in the morning. Once we left the first tee didn't see anyone in front or behind us. Greens were a little slow at first then sped up by the end of the round. Couldn't of asked for a better round. Great company always helps.
First Time; Fun
I recommend you try this, super friendly staff, small greens, water, creeks etc. You must control your ball off the tee but not super tight, just gotta play smart.
Played with my 81 year old father in law who is a 22 and I am a 4 and it was fun for both our skill levels if you play the appropriate tees
Downside is tee'd off at 12:24 on a Saturday , 5 hour round; I advise playing early.That said it was still fun!

Nice course
The course was in great shape. the greens were a little bumpy and slow. Other than that the pace of play was great and the value was second to none
Good value
With golfnow prices you get a good value on a deceptively difficult layout. The greens have gotten better over the last year and roll pretty fair. Stay out of that poison oak though.
great course
Every time that I have played Paradise valley, the greens keepers have always been out there working on the course. when we are ready to play they are polite and wait for us to play. As far as the pro staff goes, they have always been helpfull and accomendateing in any way they can. About the restruant staff. They are great.
